Got job pushing carts, alongside ham sandwich for lunch, a year and a half later I'm down to 185
Got IT job, wasn't taking my lunch to work at first cause was also taking classes at local tech school. Braum's within walking distance of work. Mmmm burger, wound up at 220.
Fat
A few jobs later, got my current job, where customers, coworkers are on a weekly basis bringing something to eat to share in the break room. Christmas season comes around and they're baking cookies every day to share with customers, we get the leftovers (which is still at least half a dozen divided up). Ended up at 245 at the beginning of this year.
@SilverWolf if you need some easy recipes let me know. I'm all over that good tasting healthy shit
Dropped $60 for a workout program in the spring, and am now down to just less than 205
If you buy a vacuum sealer, you can make mass meals at once. Then boil them in bag for 15 minutes so you don't cook every day
Im 287... but im 6,4 so i hide it well/sorta i think probably not.
220 6'3 here
I'm too lazy to meal prep, I just take a frozen burrito (extremely cost effective, individually only like 60 cents) and a greek yogurt cup to work everyday
I mean dinner mate
still too lazy to meal prep, egg sandwiches all the way
Ouch
Get a wife
weekends I take care of cravings to an extent, I don't go overboard
Remember that kind of meal though won't provide you with everything you need
I have a wife, I'm the cook in the relationship
Your the wife😱
🤣jp
cause she can't cook
🥺
I'm the cook
Has to go read or watch something while noodles, pancakes are going, and no surprise, they're burnt by the time she comes back
tried telling her that it wouldn't happen if she literally just stayed put until they're done
I've taught my wife how to cook.
130 lbs, 5'11.5" here
She can do it from memory. But if she tries to follow directions.. good luck
She has dyslexia. So no point in trying to follow directions
Hard to tell how much of my weight is muscle or fat, but my belt used to be secure a whole 6 inches longer I think, I haven't measured
I'm trying to figure out when and what to eat to put on some weight so I don't look like a Japanese pow camp survivor
have you tried a tub of cookie dough? that always seems to do it for me
Indian and Middle Eastern
The most meal prepping I did was baking a handful of potatoes, and I said fuck that, too lazy
My family would probably get mad at me if I were to stop by KFC every other day after college
I make 4 pound of food per meal. Then divide it out to 7 to 9 meals
Ideally they would have me to switch to some almond milk or other gay frog shit, fuck you
Stop trying to summon me
The fact you arrive here during tbe perfect times means it's simply instinctual
Can't go against nature
