Weight problems?

2020-11-21 17:52:23 UTC

Sucks to hear that, I'm skinny myself and trying to put on some weight

2020-11-21 17:54:35 UTC

3 distinct periods of neglect. Mom or school cooked all my meals growing up, aside from the occasional ramen bowl that I would cook myself

Graduated highschool around 155, didn't really keep track because my clothes stayed the same. On my own in college the campus has a little pizza hut booth in the student center along with other lunch options. Cheese breadsticks were my favorite. Freshmen 15 is real yo. Graduated college around 200

I have 2 accounts on fb just for statistical info im testing one supports biden one supports trump, i post only pro that candidate, then randomly post something against tos and see the response its heavy suppression of trump and when all is done me and my laywer are going to start a class action lawsuit since i have proof of discriminatory practice

Got job pushing carts, alongside ham sandwich for lunch, a year and a half later I'm down to 185

2020-11-21 17:59:52 UTC

Got IT job, wasn't taking my lunch to work at first cause was also taking classes at local tech school. Braum's within walking distance of work. Mmmm burger, wound up at 220.

Fat

A few jobs later, got my current job, where customers, coworkers are on a weekly basis bringing something to eat to share in the break room. Christmas season comes around and they're baking cookies every day to share with customers, we get the leftovers (which is still at least half a dozen divided up). Ended up at 245 at the beginning of this year.

@SilverWolf if you need some easy recipes let me know. I'm all over that good tasting healthy shit

2020-11-21 18:02:28 UTC

Dropped $60 for a workout program in the spring, and am now down to just less than 205

If you buy a vacuum sealer, you can make mass meals at once. Then boil them in bag for 15 minutes so you don't cook every day

2020-11-21 18:03:17 UTC

Im 287... but im 6,4 so i hide it well/sorta i think probably not.

2020-11-21 18:03:40 UTC

220 6'3 here

2020-11-21 18:03:44 UTC

I'm too lazy to meal prep, I just take a frozen burrito (extremely cost effective, individually only like 60 cents) and a greek yogurt cup to work everyday

2020-11-21 18:04:01 UTC

I mean dinner mate

2020-11-21 18:04:17 UTC

still too lazy to meal prep, egg sandwiches all the way

2020-11-21 18:04:24 UTC

Ouch

2020-11-21 18:04:35 UTC

Get a wife

2020-11-21 18:04:51 UTC

weekends I take care of cravings to an extent, I don't go overboard

2020-11-21 18:05:14 UTC

Remember that kind of meal though won't provide you with everything you need

2020-11-21 18:05:18 UTC

I have a wife, I'm the cook in the relationship

2020-11-21 18:05:56 UTC

Your the wife😱

2020-11-21 18:06:04 UTC

🤣jp

2020-11-21 18:06:15 UTC

cause she can't cook

2020-11-21 18:06:25 UTC

I've got a month worth of dinners I've made sitting in my freezer

2020-11-21 18:06:26 UTC

🥺

2020-11-21 18:06:32 UTC

I'm the cook

2020-11-21 18:06:52 UTC

Has to go read or watch something while noodles, pancakes are going, and no surprise, they're burnt by the time she comes back

2020-11-21 18:07:50 UTC

tried telling her that it wouldn't happen if she literally just stayed put until they're done

2020-11-21 18:08:23 UTC

I've taught my wife how to cook.

2020-11-21 18:08:32 UTC

130 lbs, 5'11.5" here

2020-11-21 18:08:52 UTC

She can do it from memory. But if she tries to follow directions.. good luck

2020-11-21 18:09:13 UTC

She has dyslexia. So no point in trying to follow directions

2020-11-21 18:10:12 UTC

Hard to tell how much of my weight is muscle or fat, but my belt used to be secure a whole 6 inches longer I think, I haven't measured

2020-11-21 18:10:55 UTC

I'm trying to figure out when and what to eat to put on some weight so I don't look like a Japanese pow camp survivor

2020-11-21 18:11:28 UTC

@bpip9 when I get home, I'll send you some recip

2020-11-21 18:11:29 UTC

have you tried a tub of cookie dough? that always seems to do it for me

2020-11-21 18:13:07 UTC

Indian and Middle Eastern

2020-11-21 18:16:13 UTC

The most meal prepping I did was baking a handful of potatoes, and I said fuck that, too lazy

2020-11-21 18:16:59 UTC

My family would probably get mad at me if I were to stop by KFC every other day after college
