The fact they're ignoring that other contested states are also sending GOP electors to cause a deadlock and have Pence break it

2020-12-15 00:30:42 UTC

7 states? I saw PA AZ NV and GA sent trump electors. MI appears to be strange. What other states sent trump electors?

2020-12-15 00:31:01 UTC

They know they're losing. So they're doubling down on the propaganda

2020-12-15 00:31:17 UTC

Actually quad-ing down on the propaganda

2020-12-15 00:31:32 UTC

New Mexico surprisingly

2020-12-15 00:31:44 UTC

WI and michigan

2020-12-15 00:31:56 UTC

Wtf NM too?

2020-12-15 00:32:05 UTC

I know. I was surprised too

2020-12-15 00:32:14 UTC

New Mexico of all states. Like wha

2020-12-15 00:32:23 UTC

what about WI?

2020-12-15 00:32:43 UTC

Being locked down gave them time to wake up

2020-12-15 00:33:12 UTC

How.was the MI shenanigans get resolved? Electors bwing blocked from entering.

2020-12-15 00:33:33 UTC

They let them in i believe eventually

2020-12-15 00:33:44 UTC

Good

2020-12-15 00:34:05 UTC

Those cops need to be removed right next to their gov

2020-12-15 00:34:17 UTC

Yup

2020-12-15 00:34:46 UTC

yeah even zero hedge is saying Biden is certified winner, and RT lol

2020-12-15 00:35:09 UTC

But its not certified til Jan...?

2020-12-15 00:35:22 UTC

he may be the "certified winner" but that certification is subject to lawsuits, investigations, and contesting

2020-12-15 00:35:34 UTC

Hence why I said they're upping their propaganda efforts

2020-12-15 00:36:15 UTC

yeah plus Im pretty sure they've set up a contingent election according to the 12th amendment if a House Member and a Senator have the balls to send it to Pence

2020-12-15 00:36:18 UTC

Certifying, no matter how fraudulent certification was under, opens it up to more legal challenges

2020-12-15 00:36:30 UTC

So, can someone explain to me how these dueling electors or alternate electors work? I'm a little ignorant on this process.

2020-12-15 00:36:55 UTC

Dueling Electors is also a good safety net because if it ends up in a deadlock, the electric fence will be switched up

2020-12-15 00:37:34 UTC

VP gets to decide whether or not to accept the electors or not

2020-12-15 00:37:40 UTC

I've got a shit ton of people saying it doesn't matter.

2020-12-15 00:37:50 UTC

So I'm just asking. Maybe someone can help elaborate for me

2020-12-15 00:37:54 UTC

We will see

2020-12-15 00:38:12 UTC

Matters more than the Russian Collusion did

2020-12-15 00:38:29 UTC

Ask them to explain how 'it doesn't matter'

2020-12-15 00:39:11 UTC

If it worked vs Nixon I have a feeling it matters...

2020-12-15 00:39:17 UTC

I tried that and just got met with "they weren't certified" and all that blah blah blah.

2020-12-15 00:39:21 UTC

orangemanbad, thats why. durr

2020-12-15 00:40:31 UTC

If the certification of votes, and assignment of electors was done from a fraudulent election, then the "certified" ones don't matter

2020-12-15 00:40:36 UTC

Certification doesn't mean a lot. Legislature has the power to send who they feel represents the will of the people

2020-12-15 00:40:55 UTC

Now alot of them are contingent on lawsuits

2020-12-15 00:41:10 UTC

Ah, I see. So because of the contested states. The legislature sent dueling electors

2020-12-15 00:41:21 UTC

More or less

2020-12-15 00:41:40 UTC

And now that electors from both parties are sent to cast their votes, it will end up as a deadlock, in which Pence gets to break

2020-12-15 00:42:24 UTC

And on the 6th when they ACTUALLY certify the EC, like what was said, both slates will cast votes and then the deliberation of who actually represents the state

2020-12-15 00:42:45 UTC

the dueling electors in more of a just-in-case, from what I understand
