Within the full historical context the term arsenokoitai refers to a particular type of male prostitute whom cross dressed and provided sexual favors to glorify a false god. I would submit it is very likely the act which is considered unethical in the passage isn't even sexual impurity but instead sexual impurity in service of glorify a false god. What is your take on that?
