I think, in a way, a better system would be along the lines of submitting an act of resolution, to see if there was any way that a moderator / team member may have done their duty properly, or made a mistake in judgment when they banned someone.

Sure, it may take a bit of time, but it's a fair thing to do, to see if the ban was a good thing.

But, only if a system can be set up and implemented in an appropriate way.

It would cut out any complaints, like the one above.

Rule 9 and Rule 11 is clear

The people I ban are the ones who are constantly trying to start trouble. And then you got folks who just really can't abide moderators at all. There doesn't need to be a meeting in a discussion and a review about who gets kicked from the server. Jessie will kick somebody out of church and he's done it before. we don't have to put up with every little whim of a snake in the grass, a subverter, a raid, disrespectful behavior, etc. If peepo have a problem with it then they can go ahead and start their own server, I won't stop them. And it's a tiny minority of people who are bitching the most and trying to pick fights with everybody. That's explicitly forbidden in the rules, which they never read they don't give a shit about.

It's just like those people in Minneapolis burning the place down, I think it's their Duty that tear down what other people built because they can't build anything themselves. It's harder to build things than to destroy them, and sometimes destroying things feels like an achievement because it's like building something amazing in reverse, but that's not how it works.

Just a heads up, spelling mistake on rule 15. "belongs", not "beolngs".

i was banned from yt chat once. by the person who created this server. i talked to hake and him and we came to understand that it was a misunderstanding then i was un banned.

Not enough people use this Discord server for me to justify debating the topic of the manner in which moderation should occur and does it measure up to what two people want
