@spaqin only a very small amount of people actually pay off the entirety of a mortgage. Most keep the house until they need to upgrade, sell it at profit, pay off the loan, and use the remainder as a down payment on the new house

Also, I don't live anywhere near Little Somalia. I live within sight of the Minneapolis VA and the airport. It's a pretty white and nice area

House values are going down in my area, sometimes as low as 20% from 5 years ago and these look somewhat renovated and there hasent been anything to indicate why it would go down.
