Which is a felony.

2020-11-06 01:47:51 UTC

there are probably more

2020-11-06 01:48:04 UTC

@LrnAshly it doesn't matter, the aggressor had no knowledge of his age

2020-11-06 01:48:22 UTC

But he was committing a crime during the self defense

2020-11-06 01:48:28 UTC

By possessing the firearm

2020-11-06 01:48:32 UTC

I bet you are committing a crime right now 😛

2020-11-06 01:48:37 UTC

That does not likely forfeit his right to live.

2020-11-06 01:48:37 UTC

I’m totally playing devils advocate

2020-11-06 01:48:43 UTC

it is very hard not to commit crimes in the US

2020-11-06 01:48:43 UTC

You have to keep that in mind.

2020-11-06 01:48:46 UTC

Btw y’all

2020-11-06 01:49:01 UTC

Commission of a crime is also normally legally defined as act of perpetrating an offense. And @LrnAshly has not described how his having firearm was illegal

2020-11-06 01:49:11 UTC

It is very hard to get caught committing crimes in the US I would argue hahaha

2020-11-06 01:49:21 UTC

Saying he could not use a firearm in self-defense in that scenario is very well saying you forfeit your right to live.

2020-11-06 01:49:29 UTC

Which is simply not true.

@realz (I know that isn't you but still want to talk about it) if they wanted to do that then they should have charged him with that. But they didn't so that point it moot. And if they did charge him with than the argument would made that they would need to get everyone else that was there the same charge.

2020-11-06 01:49:32 UTC

@xephael I explained, it is a grey area if it is legal for a 17 year old to carry in WI

2020-11-06 01:49:34 UTC

I am playing devils advocate

2020-11-06 01:49:36 UTC

Again

2020-11-06 01:49:38 UTC

Damn

2020-11-06 01:49:42 UTC

@LrnAshly agreed, you can steal a national election and get away with it.

2020-11-06 01:50:00 UTC

@TheParamedicGamer they did charge him with it

2020-11-06 01:50:01 UTC

I am literally giving y’all the opposite point. I have never said I believed it to be true

2020-11-06 01:50:13 UTC

@TheParamedicGamer one of the charges is possession

2020-11-06 01:50:34 UTC

@LrnAshly don't take offense, we are just responding to the Devil 😛

2020-11-06 01:50:38 UTC

Didn't say you were silly for thinking that or putting out that statement, it's all good. I'm used to people trying to break up echo chambers.

2020-11-06 01:50:38 UTC

@realz I'm talking the curfew part.

2020-11-06 01:50:44 UTC
2020-11-06 01:50:44 UTC

Lots of people are contrarians. Haha.

2020-11-06 01:50:47 UTC

Wait who is the devil hahahaha

2020-11-06 01:50:50 UTC

@TheParamedicGamer yea maybe who knows

2020-11-06 01:50:58 UTC

lol

2020-11-06 01:51:10 UTC

In today’s political world I wholeheartedly second that

2020-11-06 01:51:12 UTC

Lmao

2020-11-06 01:51:26 UTC

Prosecutors are idiotic... I trust what they charge people with about as much as I trust politicians 🤪

2020-11-06 01:51:33 UTC

@realz he wasn't charged with violation of curfew

2020-11-06 01:51:53 UTC
2020-11-06 01:52:01 UTC

I am of the unpopular opinion we need a third party that we will never get > Prosecutors are idiotic... I trust what they charge people with about as much as I trust politicians 🤪
@xephael I agree!!!!!!!

2020-11-06 01:52:06 UTC

@TheParamedicGamer yea i agreed with your point about curfew

2020-11-06 01:52:12 UTC

Prosecutors are far more involved in politics in the legal system.

2020-11-06 01:52:16 UTC

As they're linked to DAs.
