lol
i don even
this is too good
I suspect kyle was tearing up
this isn't supposed to be funny
oh yea that totally makes sense
I am surprised no one asks him if he is ok
Indeed. It made my day. Simpsons moment.
"Mr. Grosskreutz, can you hear me? Do you need a medic? I am trained as such, as you well know."
lol
this is the guy who feigned surrender and then tried to shoot him right?
yes
and Kyles attorney used a picture where you can see his bicep explode.
I think that was a nice trick.
nr. 13?
^The pics were so gnarly.
You could say Kyle disarmed him..
I’ll show myself out.
well, he did retain the glock, but he might need a hand...
why are two people marked as Mark Richards
Question, what if he hadn’t flinched and had shot and killed Kyle. Would that be murder or self defense?
One was the lawyer's investigator
@JD~Jordan, you just advanced to level 10!
the judge is obviously playing on his phone 😛
CandyCrush is addicting. No shame in the game.
there are two mark richards?
There might be hundreds.
in the walls.
would just like to point out that it is not the judge that will eventually hear the arguments, but a court commissioner
@Neph (Nec) / Krystaps (War), you just advanced to level 5!
just food for thought 🙂
this Loren Keating, person
anyone more familiar with this process have a sense of when the trial might actually be underway?
in other words, how many preliminary hearings are there?
Also, sorry for going on and on, but one more thing:
"When you discharge the firearm in a crowded environment … that is inherently dangerous."
-Court Commissioner Loren Keating.
Boy. What cutting insight from Mr. Keating. Is this to mean that the legal standard for self-defense is that you should only discharge your firearm to defend yourself if you are not in a crowded environment? In other words, if your life is in danger, but you are in a crowded environment, you should not discharge your firearm?
Intriguing.
Self-defense is irrelevant to preliminary hearings.
As was stated numerous times in the hearing, and as I had said long before the hearing took place.\
All they're determining is probable cause for committing a felony.
@Neph (Nec) / Krystaps (War) You are supposed to take background into account, yes.
