"I got these cheap in vietnam"

2020-12-09 18:05:02 UTC

I know.

2020-12-09 18:05:06 UTC

PSYOP history

2020-12-09 18:05:16 UTC

very clever

2020-12-09 18:06:46 UTC

You still see them circulating today.

2020-12-09 18:06:53 UTC

As people blow up AKs on camera.

2020-12-09 18:07:12 UTC

Ironically enough, I haven't actually seen anyone injured from it yet.

2020-12-09 18:07:20 UTC

Just the guns explode.

2020-12-09 18:09:13 UTC

You can’t hide from specter. Your men say down!!! Your cover gets blown up with you. Lol

2020-12-09 18:09:43 UTC

Wow, c4 in the casing?

2020-12-09 18:12:37 UTC

@{CAP}Radeon your IC circulated significant amounts of defective equipment

2020-12-09 18:12:40 UTC

Yep, they also circulate mortars that detonate in the tube.

2020-12-09 18:13:29 UTC

one can tell that the OSS was trained by the brits. 😄

2020-12-09 18:13:39 UTC

dirty tricks division

2020-12-09 18:16:49 UTC

Lol we should have done that to ISIS.

2020-12-09 18:16:55 UTC

You did!

2020-12-09 18:17:04 UTC

And the mortar stuff too.

2020-12-09 18:17:24 UTC

Hah, I did not know.

2020-12-09 18:18:27 UTC

@{CAP}Radeon I believe you have been doing this since vietnam

2020-12-09 18:20:57 UTC

Naw, before that.

2020-12-09 18:21:13 UTC

Just before that, it started with the USSR then the USSR gave ammo to Vietnam.

2020-12-09 18:42:30 UTC

@Maw Just to clarify: I said closing the gap might be advantageous for people practiced in certain martial arts. That is not me. The Gif was meant as a joke, and the only thing I was intoning was that "crazy eyes" and not showing weakness has gotten me out of 9/10 potential fights.

I don't think warning shots have ever been legal? if you fire, you have to account for the location of that round. Is there ever really a safe place to fire in public if you are not firing at someone?

2020-12-10 15:17:40 UTC

no

2020-12-10 15:18:14 UTC

definitely not.

2020-12-10 15:18:41 UTC

You'll likely be charged with reckless endangerment/aggravated assault/attempted murder.

2020-12-10 15:18:43 UTC

In short.

2020-12-10 15:18:47 UTC

Don't do it. EVER!

2020-12-10 15:20:30 UTC

This is also why we say don't point your weapon at someone unless you're looking to shoot them.

2020-12-10 15:22:03 UTC

Also why you want to be cognizant of where your barrel is pointing at all times.

2020-12-10 15:22:08 UTC

Never flag people.

2020-12-10 15:22:12 UTC

Don't be that guy.

2020-12-10 15:24:06 UTC

People do not react well to feeling like they're a trigger-pull away from dying.

2020-12-10 15:25:00 UTC

This is why you especially must be careful open carrying long guns.

2020-12-10 15:27:32 UTC

It's also why I recommend rifle slings to anyone open carrying, and the ability to sling your weapon to point down to the ground/into the air.

Here you go, visual learning tool.

There are two issues here, but it's mainly a target for how to hold a rifle in public.

2020-12-10 17:13:38 UTC

@Neph (Nec) / Krystaps (War) Depends on a myriad of things, calibre, ammunition and backgrounds. If you are next to a park with an empty, soft hill and yu have a clear field of view with unimpaired senses, I would say so. If you are standing in a garden with no rocks, firing into it will be rather safe. EMPHASIS on "rather".

2020-12-10 17:14:39 UTC

The point is that under *our* legislation you are obligated to choose everything but deadly force. So the court will ask you what other options you tried. If any was untried the moment you chose to hurt another human with a firearm, you will be convicted.
