@FaithJoy Stress is only good if it leads to resolution. Undirected and unproducive stress leads to neurosis.

2020-11-05 02:08:14 UTC

The question to ask is; "is this problem solvable"

2020-11-05 02:08:24 UTC

wise words

2020-11-05 02:08:30 UTC

Much like the election. 😄

2020-11-05 02:08:33 UTC

That's why I keep mine in a vault where it can't hurt me.

2020-11-05 02:08:51 UTC

Your ballots or your stress, @Zuluzeit ?

2020-11-05 02:08:59 UTC

2020-11-05 02:09:36 UTC

Working on my braiding skills for my second life as an expat in Panama

2020-11-05 02:10:02 UTC

Great! I am looking through my library for a handbook on how to speak Mandarin.

2020-11-05 02:10:10 UTC

You sound like me 4 years ago. I get it. Really.

2020-11-05 02:10:49 UTC

2020-11-05 02:10:57 UTC

Too many bugs in Panama though. Not my style.

2020-11-05 02:11:18 UTC

lol

2020-11-05 02:11:57 UTC

@LrnAshly According to the inventors of the term "democracy" it is dependant on free press, rule of law, free exchange of ideas, free speech and free universities. I cant think of a single country in the occident with that in place.

2020-11-05 02:12:08 UTC

Yes, I know it seems like that. If you believe every claim of fraud, you're going to have a bad time.

2020-11-05 02:12:21 UTC

agreed

2020-11-05 02:12:48 UTC

But I argue we don’t have those things

2020-11-05 02:12:55 UTC

I agree

2020-11-05 02:13:10 UTC

Very hard institutions to maintain.

2020-11-05 02:13:15 UTC

Exactly

2020-11-05 02:13:28 UTC

Its why your guys added the right to bear arms. As a last resort.

2020-11-05 02:13:30 UTC

And while there is nothing excluding the possibility, existence isn't determined by sheer volume of assertions.

2020-11-05 02:13:38 UTC

They had read their Sokrates.

2020-11-05 02:14:21 UTC

And I live in VA and we were a test for the progressive push to disarm us

2020-11-05 02:14:22 UTC

@Doc one reason, but also so we could fight the british again if needed, and overturn a tyrannical government if needed

2020-11-05 02:14:34 UTC

Red flag law scare was REAL

2020-11-05 02:14:37 UTC

2020-11-05 02:14:46 UTC

2020-11-05 02:15:06 UTC

@LrnAshly did they succeed?

2020-11-05 02:15:26 UTC

Sic Semper Tyrannis

2020-11-05 02:15:29 UTC

@LrnAshly Seen from across the water, america seems to be founded on the idea of independant humans. The right to defend yourself seems essential to that.

2020-11-05 02:15:48 UTC

A booth quote on election night. 😄

2020-11-05 02:15:56 UTC
