> @leftingfighter33 I feel like witnesses like this are great to get the process going but at the end of the day there still needs to be evidence of the fraud that took place or some kind of audit trail of which ballots are fraudulent. My fear is that it will be hard to grab that evidence and that they wont be able to track down fraudulent ballots
@Elias Diaz I am pretty sure there is a large amount of cases where witnesses are all of the evidence you have and people still get convicted.

Yea enough witnesses willing to testify under oath can be enough for court and for me

But not everything a witness witnesses is necessarily unexplainable

true - sometimes things look very obvious, but there ends up being an explanation ... possibly not a great one, but all they would need is enough to cause reasonable doubt.

dunno, this isn't a criminal proceeding

it may be just convincing the judges that something was done that was fishy is enough

a recount isn't a punishment

If fraud is proven, I hope anyone involved is prosecuted to the fullest extent

just to try and avoid it happening again

I think that will depend on who's running the DOJ

I LOVE the title of today's show.

So, this election is why the voting booth is so important. I hear and read in people's thoughts that mail in voting or voting online is the way to go. I don't think people realize the the lack of influence people have over you while you sit alone in the booth. We need to bring back same day voting in person. This election was totally a sham.
