Absentee, mail in, in person paper, in person electronic, provisional, plus military, and now the stack of ballots that are held due to postmark, no envelopes etc. Its a god damn mess. It appears that it is dashboard tool that they use to represent the voting totals. They don't appear to use the detailed voter data - only the totals that are transmitted to them by the state.
