That's why you saw a huge drop. Trumpers use the eye test. They saw the number of people at rallies, in parades, when talking to neighbors. It's very difficult for them to imagine they're not the majority

Also, it's a by-product of the echo chambers. I think those on the right underestimated the anti-Trump sentiment. Those on the left could not understand the support for Trump. Each echo chamber only see things that match their world view and is incredulous to find out it isn't so.

I'm pretty sure Trump team will have evidence of bribery all the way up to China as crazy as that sounds.

They weren't making noise that was visible in the RWEC - the LWEC showed rallies, but downplayed it as an effort to only bring out Trump's base.

Have to remember, the left is significantly (By like... 40 points or something ridiculous) more afraid than the pandemic than the average person on the right.

@NoobDad There is a difference between being sure and really hopeful. I can tell you that many on the left were just as convinced that proof that Trump gained the presidency through illegitimate means.

I'm not sure anyone underestimates the hatred for Trump. The question is more the true number of them.
