🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe that’s just me. Apparently saying “count the legal votes” is politically incorrect as of Nov. 3

2020-11-25 17:12:21 UTC

See, @realz, it’s those changes that were made that implicate the left and warrant skepticism.

2020-11-25 17:12:22 UTC

@yetiCodes, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-11-25 17:13:20 UTC

The very assertion that mail-in votes have the greatest chance of fraud/tampering is not accurate. People say this, but tend to overlook the fact that committing mail-in voter fraud by assuming someone else's identity requires committing 3 felonies for each offense (identity theft, mail fraud, and voter fraud) in a way that by definition will lead the authorities to your doorstep. That's why Braynard made a point of looking into people who used postal mailboxes, but those also require identification and an application to rent.

2020-11-25 17:14:06 UTC

In the same way if the GOP had made questionable alterations to the voting process months before the election and he won with irregularities the media fire would be claiming illegitimacy and corruption. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Double standard, no?

2020-11-25 17:14:15 UTC

the punishment only matters if they think they have a chance to get caught

2020-11-25 17:14:36 UTC

It is further complicated, because you can only expect to use addresses that you alone have access to the mail that is delivered and you can only reasonably have so many non-related voters at an address.

2020-11-25 17:15:27 UTC

For the same circumstances to occur in four states simultaneously is... curious to say the least. 🤷🏻‍♂️

2020-11-25 17:15:56 UTC

You mean like in GA - where their changes were made by a Republican legislature, Rep Gov, and Rep Sec of State?

2020-11-25 17:16:44 UTC

Hey, let’s all just be grateful that we live in a country where you can challenge the vote, present your case, and if there is nothing there, big whoop.

2020-11-25 17:19:33 UTC

...and walk away with thousands of people who won't believe any conclusion that they didn't have from the start.

2020-11-25 17:21:33 UTC

@yetiCodes That's what I have been saying all along. My issue has always been the fervent belief in massive voter fraud without proof. I am always skeptical of both sides. I think it's a healthy approach. I am certain there are bad actors on both sides. And I am certain there are sincere Patriots on both sides. The engineered divide in this country is not in the best interest of us commoners. I am trying in my own small way to point this out to as many that might be willing to hear me out.

2020-11-25 17:26:53 UTC

I have a question, let’s pretend all of this is true for a minute, switched votes to one side. Should we just sit back and let it go? Just walk away and not fix anything?

2020-11-25 17:29:21 UTC

No

2020-11-25 17:29:25 UTC

@TaLoN132 I agree with all of that. If there is a case to be made I’d like to hear it. And that’s about it.

2020-11-25 17:30:21 UTC

Many people will not disagree that they'd rather be safe than sorry, even if it's not their side that lost.

2020-11-25 17:30:31 UTC

That's what risk limited audits are for... That's are relatively new phenomenon.

2020-11-25 17:30:35 UTC

There is, however, a point where they will say: "Enough is enough."

2020-11-25 17:30:54 UTC

Indeed.

2020-11-25 17:35:43 UTC
2020-11-25 17:36:01 UTC

tldr all the youtube lawyers agree that the current court cases are headed for doom

2020-11-25 17:36:16 UTC

(if you needed more convincing)

2020-11-25 17:36:25 UTC

oh insulting that he didn't mention Robert

2020-11-25 17:36:37 UTC

he mentioned Evil Robert (Barnes) but not Good Robert

2020-11-25 17:36:56 UTC

someone needs to let Uncivil Law know about R&R channel

2020-11-25 17:37:21 UTC

Lol evil/good Robert

2020-11-25 17:38:52 UTC

Uncivil Law has chatted and donated on at least one R&R stream recently. Very vocal.

2020-11-25 17:39:59 UTC

I've gone back in history on google and have seen Uncivil engaging nicely with Legal Eagle and expressing admiration ha

2020-11-25 17:40:11 UTC

Hahaha

2020-11-25 17:40:21 UTC

(now all the other lawyers are in a huge fight with Legal Eagle)

2020-11-25 17:41:02 UTC

Legal Eagle has his own share of the market. Who knows what he is really like.

2020-11-25 17:41:12 UTC

I'm sure Rob would much prefer to avoid any sort of youtube drama.

2020-11-25 17:41:35 UTC

that isn't all that hard, he just doesn't need to review Legal Eagle's stuff

2020-11-25 17:42:34 UTC

other kinds of drama are unavoidable

2020-11-25 17:42:36 UTC

And to be honest, Uncivil Law resigned himself to a Trump loss on election day. He was up front about it.

2020-11-25 17:43:05 UTC

(Good) Robert's name will be used whenever a controversial issue comes up, such as if Legal Eagle talks about Rittenhouse, (Good) Robert will be invoked

2020-11-25 17:43:44 UTC

It was a bunch of them streaming together and he was the only one.

2020-11-25 17:43:45 UTC

I take it LE is taking the contrary stance to Rittenhouse that Robert is?

2020-11-25 17:43:58 UTC

no LE only touches some very few political cases

2020-11-25 17:44:01 UTC

and only recently

2020-11-25 17:44:03 UTC

hence the drama
