I’m still ranting about it.

2020-11-27 19:52:31 UTC

But where are they going to house them for starters

2020-11-27 19:52:50 UTC

I can guarantee you Taiwan will not just allow China in.

2020-11-27 19:52:52 UTC

I don’t blame you

2020-11-27 19:52:58 UTC

There will be a conflict most likely.

2020-11-27 19:53:03 UTC

🤷‍♂️

2020-11-27 19:53:39 UTC

That is probably why they are doing military exercises isn’t it?

2020-11-27 19:54:17 UTC

It's defensive posturing yes.

2020-11-27 19:54:25 UTC

Isn't Taiwan basically the last bastion of the old exiled Chinese government?

2020-11-27 19:54:34 UTC

China needs to chill

2020-11-27 19:54:38 UTC

They are preparing for it. Biden will probably do nothing. China does not like Biden.

2020-11-27 19:54:46 UTC

Yes they do.

2020-11-27 19:55:10 UTC

But I thought Biden likes China

2020-11-27 19:55:26 UTC

It will be better relationship with china. Than Russia for sure

2020-11-27 19:55:46 UTC

Taiwan was the last bastion of the civil war.

2020-11-27 19:56:32 UTC

Indeed

2020-11-27 19:57:04 UTC

Biden may like China, they don’t. China likes Trump more regardless of what is being displayed publicly. China only yesterday congratulated Biden.

2020-11-27 19:57:07 UTC

The US government has had a vested interest in keeping the republic of china going. (Taiwan)

2020-11-27 19:57:16 UTC

Security of voting/elections inherently comes down to a certain level of trust being required. I think that without a process that is openly transparent and where everything is visible that it is very difficult to provide enough security to give an election the trust it needs

2020-11-27 19:57:33 UTC

It's why the US government supported Taiwan in the civil war.

2020-11-27 19:59:22 UTC

U.S. businesses have a vested interest in China but that doesn't require Taiwan to be part of China. Seems like if something went down, supporting Taiwan would present a double bind.

2020-11-27 19:59:29 UTC

Slight diversion but... I didn’t think it was a good idea when Biden kept repeating that Kim jong-Un is a thug. true, but really it’s not a good start is it

2020-11-27 19:59:34 UTC

Doubt it.

2020-11-27 19:59:48 UTC

The US doesn't want to strengthen China by any means.

2020-11-27 19:59:59 UTC

China is a direct adversary.

2020-11-27 20:00:19 UTC

China is the new USSR.

2020-11-27 20:01:01 UTC

Not a good start, not sure where that weird case will go. Rocket man is crazy though.

2020-11-27 20:01:20 UTC

The US.will not do anything against Kim.J. if china is no involved.. N. Korea is a bigger threat than . Almost democratic china.

2020-11-27 20:01:44 UTC

China fuels our most 'patriotic' industrial powerhouses. We just gave them big tax rewards for keeping their existing infrastructure while giving a vague handshake agreement to maybe create some jobs stateside.

2020-11-27 20:02:07 UTC

Rocket Man is a Chinese proxy instigator

2020-11-27 20:02:11 UTC

Yes, Zulu, which is why you're going to slowly start seeing more growing populism.

2020-11-27 20:02:16 UTC

And nationalism.

2020-11-27 20:02:18 UTC

Didn’t Kim jong-un call trump old? An he got offended 😂 rocket man is a slightly more polite than thug. Kind of 🙈

2020-11-27 20:02:46 UTC

No one is giving up the China production cash cow. Ever.

2020-11-27 20:02:49 UTC

Yes he is.

2020-11-27 20:03:21 UTC

Iunno, we'll have to see.

2020-11-27 20:03:36 UTC

The American populace is growing ever more hostile towards China.

2020-11-27 20:03:40 UTC

He called Trump fat I think...it was hilarious and then the bromance started...

2020-11-27 20:03:45 UTC

The human factory of the world 😐

2020-11-27 20:03:59 UTC

That's the problem. We won't see unless there are covenants with their tax incentives.

2020-11-27 20:04:10 UTC

And give up their investment in China too...it will never happen.
