I think all Americans should watch that type of political discourse at some point or another. Our legislature is too staid and boring. The President speaks once a year from the legislature to give the state of the union and it is usually excruciating. I'd love to see it be done like Mr. Blair used to do it and on a weekly basis. Respectful - yet witty and stinging, at times, but always respectful.

It’s a good political debate and the very point of the opposition, to hold the Government of day to account...always good to have a good opposition at the end of the day we get on the side of Governments and hope they do best for the country. I would definitely encourage everyone to watch parliamentary debates, very entertaining by all accounts. Tony Blair definitely handled himself well, they don’t make them the same anymore.

I haven't checked in a while, how many countries still have capital punishment? I, personally, could do without it. I don't think it is a deterrent and if society is trying to send the message that killing is bad, it has a funny way of making their case.
