@SPEARS also most of the problems of the Middle East were perpetuates by bush senior

2020-11-28 19:43:05 UTC

he has been propagandized by the media and DNC, there is no hope for him. he will not read articles that provide a different perspective. he will reject all truths

2020-11-28 19:43:07 UTC

Hoping does not imply expectation...

2020-11-28 19:43:08 UTC

'Inherited' is better

2020-11-28 19:43:10 UTC

@Beth we were in a war before he came into office . How would you word it

2020-11-28 19:43:28 UTC

i don't know how to make it any more clear to you, that as a far right wing conservative, I hate republicans more than you do

2020-11-28 19:43:42 UTC

Oddly enough I don't come into contact with many people that would disagree...

2020-11-28 19:43:52 UTC

Just saying

2020-11-28 19:44:06 UTC

@busillis that’s not the majority. Especially historically. It’s nice to see some liberal values permeate the Deep South. Which btw I also lived in

2020-11-28 19:44:07 UTC

disagree with what busillis?

2020-11-28 19:44:23 UTC

@SPEARS well you keep voting for them

2020-11-28 19:44:44 UTC

Not you particularly but the south in general

2020-11-28 19:44:55 UTC

Now that I've cleaned the mess of coffee I spilled on my table.

2020-11-28 19:45:02 UTC

Those people are all just about dead

2020-11-28 19:45:25 UTC

@busillis yeah because of recent that region started getting exposed to more liberal values , less dogmatic religion influences

2020-11-28 19:45:26 UTC

I don’t know how to word it but handed a war doesn’t seem the best way to justify that he went wild with drones

2020-11-28 19:45:44 UTC

@TaLoN132 All you can do is make sure your kids educate their kids. Your grandchildren's children will be the next hope to turn this alt-fact-driven reality around. Anyone alive right now is along for the ride, I fear.

2020-11-28 19:46:04 UTC

@Beth I’m not excusing getting crazy with drones. I’m saying he didn’t start the war

2020-11-28 19:46:39 UTC

A war that was unconstitutional in the first place, let's make that evidently clear.

2020-11-28 19:47:18 UTC

Staunch atheism is a family tradition

2020-11-28 19:47:21 UTC

james, I live in the dakotas. after the civil war, the american army sent Custer, an ex conferedate soldier and democrat, to pacify the native people. My family came a decade after a confederate did a light genocide of the native peoples here. My family had no part in the decision to do this, or participated in doing this. I am not going to defend or equate republican/conservative values to the south that started the democratic party and who people of color equate me to being similar to because I share the same skin color as Custer

2020-11-28 19:47:54 UTC

@SPEARS also I read and vote conservative material all the time. It’s just spouting impulses and marketing to the Limbic system. It’s all the liberal are coming, there is a reason of the people that take Alex Jones serious to they all tend to be conservatives

2020-11-28 19:48:19 UTC

false equivalency james

2020-11-28 19:48:53 UTC

As is a disdain for government

2020-11-28 19:48:55 UTC

Southern values are conservative values. Parties are irrelevant it’s just about liberals and conservatives. Back then republicans were the liberals and the democrats represented southern conservative values. As I said today’s liberal is tomorrow’s conservatives @SPEARS

2020-11-28 19:49:08 UTC

Is it possible that the level of drone use did not appreciably increase under Obama as those types of decisions regarding tactics and such are not necessarily handled at that level. And, if that is the case, it appears that Obama "went crazy with drones" because he was more transparent about it?

2020-11-28 19:49:23 UTC

Actually not too long ago most of the South was Democrat

2020-11-28 19:49:30 UTC

Ah yes, the southern strategy theory.

2020-11-28 19:49:39 UTC

> As is a disdain for government
@busillis I had to break family tradition in order to develop both.

2020-11-28 19:49:49 UTC

@busillis when I lived in NC there was a church every block. Imagine one Starbucks surrounded by 10 churches

2020-11-28 19:50:01 UTC

Pray tell, when was the 'flip'?

2020-11-28 19:50:03 UTC

That's where the authoritarian piece comes in

2020-11-28 19:50:10 UTC

@busillis back when democrats marketed to conservatives

2020-11-28 19:50:16 UTC

Firearms come out

2020-11-28 19:50:34 UTC

I suggest we are in the middle of a flip right now, actually.

2020-11-28 19:50:37 UTC

Again party names are useless when talking about the difference between liberals and conservatives

2020-11-28 19:50:40 UTC

Also Democrat

2020-11-28 19:51:09 UTC

On ancillary issues but I reckon that's where it starts.

2020-11-28 19:51:26 UTC

Right the south were democrats and deeply conservative for their time. The democrats marketing to them to get votes. Parties are value systems they market to value systems @busillis

2020-11-28 19:51:33 UTC

what you just said would be like me saying national socialism is the same as communism

2020-11-28 19:51:48 UTC

the new conservatives who believe in drug legalization are? What
