I know you know this, but to clarify those ballots still had to be postmarked 11/3 - so they were cast on election day, but she wanted to allow 3 extra days for them to be received since there were reports of engineered delays at the USPS. The total number received in those 3 days was less than 10k, apparently.

None of the actual hand filled out ballots are left.
