I read through the first part of the complaint and the thought occurred to me to see if they had been able to find anyone that had voted illegally - meaning someone that shouldn't have voted was actually allowed to vote when election workers helped them to complete their applications. I searched for the world illegal and there is no assertion that any specific voter did so illegally. It is all speculation that someone might have. I also wonder if that should be required.
In the same way, the IC voter status says that it can't be used to avoid showing ID. Have they found anyone that used the IC excuse that did not have a valid ID that they could have used to vote in person? Without tangible proof of someone voting illegally in any of the categories that they laid out, why would they throw out a single vote?
