Robert Mueller's report even said, that evidence was inconclusive.

2020-12-03 05:15:32 UTC

Mueller said he would have taken Trump out if he wasnt POTUS which means hes screwed real soon

2020-12-03 05:15:42 UTC

At the same time, the House was trying to lower the burden of truth standards to fit their narrative for impeachment

2020-12-03 05:15:49 UTC

🎣

2020-12-03 05:16:15 UTC

It's not a courtroom

2020-12-03 05:16:19 UTC

Mueller lied to the American public about Iraq having nuclear weapons, he has no place being honest on anything anymore lmao

2020-12-03 05:16:26 UTC

It’s been fun. Night y’all.

2020-12-03 05:16:33 UTC

Trump covered up the testimony proving his guilt

2020-12-03 05:17:23 UTC

well back to the election topic, here's what one guy recommends in regards to voting machines https://freedom-to-tinker.com/2019/03/14/voting-machines-i-recommend/

2020-12-03 05:18:17 UTC

He might have been able to prevent testimony but he doesnt speak on behalf of the folks involved 🤣

2020-12-03 05:18:46 UTC

The founders clearly built a weak enforcement compelling testimony from the executive branch in because they wanted the legislative branch to prove beyond a reasonable doubt high crimes and misdemeanors I and a lot of other legal experts dont' feel like that bar was close to reached.

2020-12-03 05:19:57 UTC

Not in an inpeachment

2020-12-03 05:20:28 UTC

Why would they not be able to compel testimony holding the potus accountable for his crimes

2020-12-03 05:22:12 UTC

I would take your claims a lot more serious if I didn't know as much as I do about how government works and the fact that these things happened nearly 100% along party lines. Don't you find that at all suspicious?

2020-12-03 05:22:28 UTC

Even Nixon turned over the evidence your view of executive branch abuse is power is Nixonian

2020-12-03 05:23:22 UTC

Bill Clinton testified himself

2020-12-03 05:23:57 UTC

Trump was a coward and a federal power serial abuser weak and scared and guilty

2020-12-03 05:26:53 UTC

Not really. I don't even like Trump. I just like deluded progressive Democrats a lot less. Glad Trump is out of office, sucks that ya'll had to make it a race to the bottom. Our nation will never recover from the abuse of power in the attempt to remove Trump by the Democrats and we all deserve what happens if Democrats decide to be vindictive.

2020-12-03 05:27:27 UTC

It's fine I get it his supports never cared he covered up the testimony of his guilt it's just funny. Basically Al Capone shooting l the witnesses and saying he didnt do anything.

2020-12-03 05:29:14 UTC

Electing a guy that said he'd murder a citizen in broad daylight and get away with it because the potus is immune to the law before elected pretty much insured he would be on impeachment at some point especially with all the Russia trump relations during campaign

2020-12-03 05:35:46 UTC

I'm definitely not a Trump fan. Conservative and Libertarian in my learning but I never liked the guy. That being said, I have a hard time taking you seriously when you trot out that garbage. I read the Mueller report cover to cover. Not even an iota of evidence in there of anything but normal election interference and screwy politics. No convictions other than unrelated procedural crimes that had almost nothing to do with the investigation.

2020-12-03 05:37:48 UTC

The mueller report did not contain the testimony that Trump was blocking from congress

2020-12-03 05:38:21 UTC

No potus was like this. Nixon never said I'm not a crook but watch me shoot an American you cant stop me

2020-12-03 05:40:34 UTC

That's some sadam Hussein crap

2020-12-03 05:44:39 UTC

Trump is a narcissist, of course he would say something like that. That being said, making stupid comments and committing crimes are two totally different things. Again, if you really feel the way you do, you should be mad that those people working against Trump couldn't bring the goods, or more than likely, that it was never about that anyway. Everyone involved knew they couldn't prove what was being accussed. It was a PR stunt because if they could have actually proved it we would be having a much different conversation right now.

2020-12-03 05:45:32 UTC

Cause remember, if they did have solid proof, no way in hell would the Senate Republicans vote to acquit him

2020-12-03 05:46:33 UTC

I personally know Senate Republicans and House Republican and know that many or most despise Trump and would have jumped on that opportunity given sufficient evidence.

2020-12-03 05:47:49 UTC

Trumps at the minimum a fascist wanna be ofc he wants the power to kill his citizens. Saying he was just being boastful and didnt want to do it was always dishonest. But when Trump sent his lawyer to argue in court the potus should be immune from criminal prosecution for shooting someone that's an attempt to put that hypothetical in a judicial interpretation of the law. So yes he was dead serious.

2020-12-03 05:52:01 UTC

I mean, there are Trump critics that have things of substance to criticize him for but this just sounds like a boring reddit thread

2020-12-03 05:52:38 UTC

Maybe he is a fascist personally, but it doesn't really matter because the checks and balances designed into the system kept him check so we really will never know more than accusations and hypotheticals. Democrats on the other hand have stated they are actively working to subvert checks and balances to get power. Right now that is what I am more concerned with.

2020-12-03 05:53:35 UTC

Are you not on this discord to weigh in on legal cases not just your political views?

2020-12-03 05:54:13 UTC

bruh, all you've been doing is throwing around political views

2020-12-03 05:55:42 UTC

It's not my "political view" Trumps lawyer tried to get a judge to make him immune to being prosecuted for murder

2020-12-03 05:56:07 UTC

I am actually very concerned with legal cases. Been involved with the Innocence Project and criminal justice reform for years including trying to help overturn civil forfeiture and excessive sentencing for drug and nonviolent crimes. I jumped in on your political comments.

2020-12-03 05:57:01 UTC

It's my political view the judge was right but not the fact the case happened 😂

2020-12-03 05:57:38 UTC

Anyone can argue anything they want in court until the judge smacks them down. You keep arguing intensions and statements when that really doesn't matter when it comes down it it. If Trump had actually subverted the checks or balances and actually refuses to leave office you and I will probably have something in common. Until then it is hard for me to take you seriously based on your arguments to this point.

2020-12-03 05:59:05 UTC

Sure anyone can argue what they want. But theres not a very good reason to try and get immunity for murder unless you want to do the thing.

2020-12-03 05:59:15 UTC

Did he actually do the thing?

2020-12-03 05:59:15 UTC

@linuxace, you just advanced to level 10!

2020-12-03 06:00:01 UTC

The judge said no you dont have immunity from murder so no he didnt do the murder

2020-12-03 06:00:06 UTC

Dang. If I lived life like that, I would be driving myself crazy fighting with my wife and being like, you could have cheated on me. How could you?
