Impeachment means literally nothing if it's not accepted in the whole congress.

I think it's more complicated than that... in the 90's - even before BJ-gate - Rush Limbaugh and the fledgling flock of imitators went after the Clintons relentlessly, but Rush, I remember, focused special vitriol on Hillary. She was the feminazi... She was the brains behind WhiteWater... She was the reason that Bill was a womanizer (she was a closet lesbian in a sham marriage)... She had a secret affair with Vince Foster... She killed Foster and made it look like a suicide... She was the reason that Vince killed himself... She had the audacity to say that Bill was the victim of a vast rightwing conspiracy... Bill put her in charge of healthcare reform.... Oh... he hated her and a whole generation of conservatives bought into it.
