Yes, whether there is a legitimate reason for this or not, it definitely should be investigated, and covered by any media platform that cares about the truth of the matter.

It was investigated and instead of saying what the investigation could have missed they pretended the secretary of state is on in the fraud and made up what was happening in the video. Which is a really weak argument from a legal or media standpoint
To an extent, I don't think fighting sports are worthwhile. I do, however, think zero-tolerance policies have created an environment where unacceptable behavior is tolerated and allowed to be ingrained in youth who grow up to be mass shooters, thugs, and other forms of egregious idiots.
Once upon a time, people that acted poorly in professional and/or public settings got their asses kicked. Things were better back then.

There were several statements made by the person presenting this video that they had not had time to do a full investigation, as they had only gotten the video the night before they spoke. I didn't say the secretary of state was in on anything, I'm simply saying that it should be investigated, and the evidence presented before us to prove either way... people can say that it has been debunked, but that's only hearsay at this point from what I can tell, and no different from the people testifying that they saw all these things happening.
@MatiLuc Static safety is when you make crimes within prisons hard by gates and isolations. Seeing as this is the choice of solution in the US, proper protocol for a high profile inmate like Kyle, would be to isolate him, or have him serve with inmates of an HCR score of 0-3

The Video does display "Smoke" IMHO. It should be Investigated throughly.
The person presenting the video was a GOP lawyer. THEY (the legal team) got the video recently. The secretary of states office conducted a full investigation quite some time ago including the video and interviews with people involved. Law enforcement and SOS office had already given the facts. They choose to ignore it and pretend they were all in on it.
Will you link me a copy of that report so that I can read the allegations and the findings?

Nope it would be quite unusual for an investigation to release security footage when giving an official response. People often dont know what they are looking at and it can create confusion especially with a process like counting votes. But they did mention the video was part of their investigation
