When a court says even if we let this go forward obviously you arent making a case to overturn the election that's not a technicality.

As I've previously pointed out if an organization knows that something went wrong under their watch whether it be government or corporations they do not easily allow proof of that to be brought to light without having their hand forced.

If saying Im the president elect based on factual vote counts given by the states counting the ballots in an election is a "coup" then wtf is declaring yourself king on election night and saying to ignore the votes and stop the counting of votes and calling dibs on states? Wtf is Trump interfering with state congress members and certification boards and intimidating them into stealing the election for him? The candidates for an election have no role in the certification process or legislations choosing electors.

If no cases to proven factual fraud is the bare minimum required to seize an election seems like Biden has enough reason to suspect Trump cheated explaining why the polls didnt match with actual results.

This is my understanding in regards to Nevada, one person election watcher group was able to audit a hundred ballots that were adjudicated out of that hundred two were flipped for Trump.

We don't have any information firsthand we go off of what these other partisans say we don't actually have any facts, and according to@Discopainter I don't even have the one straight that are available.
