The NV case was the first time that I saw Trump witnesses cross examined when deposed. Trump campaign lawyers were allowed to present their best witnesses and experts and they did not fare well. It was quite a stark difference in representation, which might have accounted for some of the disparity, but it wasn't just that. The testimony was easily dismantled.

To take a position of certainty based on the blind faith in the assertions of individuals that you share nothing with other than the belief that Donald Trump was able to accurately predict that fraud would take place and was powerless to take any step to prevent it or ensure that the perpetrators are caught in the act... hardly provides the basis for casting aspersions on those that believe that the absence of incontrovertible proof lends itself to the likelihood the election was conducted fairly and accurately. Wanting desperately for something to be one way when it is another must be frustrating.
