I'm probably too trusting? But then again, I'm not an insider or trained. My training deals a lot with what is possible in security though.

yes in a way you hope they do, but these are the same people who have issues maintaining an up-to-date list of voters and at the same time don't make use of federal systems to check for known felons and non-citizens. the failures in this regard are well documented

Databases are.. hard? Yeah state and local government don't have staffing resources to do it on their own, practically to do much advanced, they would have to contract out.. but I'm still hopeful that someone find the money or were handed a complete security solution and trained appropriately.

Every state using dominion had a set of features to amend or change ballots and groups of ballots and ability to fix the audit.
I do believe fixing the audit would require more skill than a typical desk side support would be capable of.

@txgho, you just advanced to level 2!

Best outcome from this fiasco should be production of a solid bassline standard. One vehicle for that could be an interstate compact outside of fed law.
Voter ID
No mail in voting with limited absentee.
No computer automation for the voter or polling locale.

"Sasse added that, to him, it looked like Paxton filed a "PR stunt rather than a lawsuit," in an attempt to gain "a pardon" from President Trump. Paxton is currently the subject of an FBI investigation for illegally using the power of his office to benefit Austin real estate developer Nate Paul." https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/pr-stunt-sasse-predicts-failure-for-texas-supreme-court-election-challenge

The whole Dominion allegations are so 2 weeks ago. None of that held any water whatsoever. No arrests... No confiscated servers by the US Army in Germany... No proof of votes being tabulated overseas... All Kraken cases dismissed and laughed out of court.

Vote switching did not happen. If would have been caught by the recounts in GA and WI... or in any of the risk limiting audits in every single state.

The biggest clue that no fraud was identified is that there are no significant arrests made of people attempting to influence the election via fraud. I am only aware of 3... A guy in PA that tried to use his dead parent's absentee ballot to vote for Trump; a guy in NC that tried to request 50 ballots from FL; and some idiot here in CA that tried to stuff 8000 votes to help his buddy win a local election.

2020-12-11 02:34:06 UTC

yes because all fraud cases are tried and prosecuted in 5 week period

2020-12-11 02:34:45 UTC

Your wrong ?

2020-12-11 02:35:36 UTC

You’re?

2020-12-11 02:36:05 UTC

Yoes

2020-12-11 02:36:06 UTC

Thank you grammar Gestapo.

2020-12-11 02:36:22 UTC

Got you, buddy.

2020-12-11 02:36:51 UTC

Yes you did.

2020-12-11 02:36:51 UTC

Right...lol. They can't even do that with a Confession. 😂

2020-12-11 02:37:21 UTC

I just said arrests - that does not require a prosecution. They don't have to make a case before they charge someone with a crime. There have been a few, but nothing of significance. It doesn't require that

2020-12-11 02:37:23 UTC

The inJustice system is just a bad joke.

2020-12-11 02:37:23 UTC

@WaffleWaffle, you just advanced to level 11!

2020-12-11 02:37:31 UTC

2020-12-11 02:38:06 UTC

Especially when on the receiving end.

2020-12-11 02:38:13 UTC

2020-12-11 02:40:00 UTC

Say it's not so!

2020-12-11 02:40:59 UTC

Not so, the laws are just for the little people.

2020-12-11 02:41:01 UTC

Just ask Trump.. firing Comey

2020-12-11 02:41:11 UTC

The Bidens of the world enjoy the real freedom.

2020-12-11 02:41:22 UTC

Hunter's a good boy according to the campaign press release

2020-12-11 02:41:56 UTC

he should have accidently shredded it to pieces whilst tidying up

2020-12-11 02:42:07 UTC

But we are talking about fraud on a scale that supposedly resulted in tens or even hundreds of thousands of votes being cast fraudulently. There must be someone they can arrest. I mean the NSA is keeping tabs on everyone. You mean Trump knowing 8 months before the election that it would be fraudulent couldn't enlist any of the Federal officers that he was sending around the country to take of demonstrators to take a look into such obvious fraud? There's not one super sleuth in the US government that could track down a single criminal that committed massive fraud?

2020-12-11 02:42:19 UTC

I am destroying several cell phones. Out of the statute of limitations.

2020-12-11 02:42:41 UTC

2020-12-11 02:43:02 UTC

@TaLoN132 i am not sure if trump has the control over the main arms of government that everyone thinks he does

2020-12-11 02:43:07 UTC

@William Dinan what's not to be proud of?

2020-12-11 02:43:35 UTC

He obviously doesn't have control of government.

2020-12-11 02:43:47 UTC

In that sense Trump deserves to lose.

2020-12-11 02:43:58 UTC

@TaLoN132 if it wasnt the election, this crime would be investigated for years in the background

2020-12-11 02:44:15 UTC

The leader of the free world could not avoid voter fraud in fraking Detroit HAHAHAHA
