2020-12-11 20:42:10 UTC

fraud =>> manipulation

2020-12-11 20:42:35 UTC

You can't charge someone with 'unlawful' tho. Do better, bro.

Secession will never succeed because no one knows how to spell it and they end up sounding retarded. It should be threatened though, that way we can get federalization of States and localities. Secession won't do anything about the urban/rural divide.

2020-12-11 20:43:13 UTC

I know how to spell it now!

2020-12-11 20:43:13 UTC

@nainani, you just advanced to level 6!

2020-12-11 20:43:27 UTC

Like a specific name for whatever they did.

2020-12-11 20:43:43 UTC

Something can be Unlawful and not have Criminal Liability.

2020-12-11 20:43:45 UTC

> I know how to spell it now!
@nainani atta boy

2020-12-11 20:43:49 UTC

girl

2020-12-11 20:43:55 UTC

Well apparently she's leaving the light on for us... by us I mean all you trump malcontents.

I was disenfranchised by myself, soon I will be seeking a legal remedy.

2020-12-11 20:44:15 UTC

> Something can be Unlawful and not have Criminal Liability.
@William Dinan ok. But what would you call it instead of fraud?

2020-12-11 20:45:06 UTC

> girl
@nainani Apologies, madam. I don't pay much attention to that. I am an equal opportunity troll.

2020-12-11 20:45:17 UTC

you know if one of the republicans made a video like that it would be on repeat all day on cnn

2020-12-11 20:45:19 UTC

I think that we need to audit election procedures before the election. That is was CISA was supposedly doing - they may have been. That is why they mandated paper ballots and air-gapped implementations among other things. By creating a division of labor that isolates different functions, minimizes single points of failure/risk, and implements checks/balances throughout the process, it's possible to create a virtually fraud proof environment. Public companies have been doing it for years with outside audits and public filings/disclosures. I believe that the introduction of risk limiting audits have added another layer of certainty that the tabulated votes reflect the paper ballots. I think that is one of the reasons that GA election officials are so certain they did a great job. They put these checks and balances in place and they are sure of the result. Even the "smoking gun" video last week seems to verify this.

2020-12-11 20:46:28 UTC

Fraud requires Intent. Malfeasance does not.

2020-12-11 20:46:49 UTC

Best to have civil war now rather than later after Kamala takes all the guns and fills the military with trans activists. If Trump initiated civil war it would be over in less than a week, if he doesn't it will be long and protracted when it comes.

2020-12-11 20:46:50 UTC

@macsen, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-11 20:46:56 UTC

One would think poll workers would be able to get their act together for their one week/day a year job?

2020-12-11 20:47:09 UTC

So does anyone know what the " fair elections fund" does?

2020-12-11 20:47:25 UTC

Makes elections fair

2020-12-11 20:47:25 UTC

Very true.

2020-12-11 20:47:51 UTC

Hmmmm

2020-12-11 20:48:51 UTC

I dont think there's a general fair election fund do you just mean locally why are places passing them?

2020-12-11 20:49:10 UTC

Welfare for the well-off...

2020-12-11 20:49:46 UTC

They hang out on expense accounts doing as little as possible... Spending days upon end chatting and chat rooms...

2020-12-11 20:49:46 UTC

What? 😀

2020-12-11 20:49:49 UTC

@RoseRN i think its to fund candidates directly by people because it is so expensive to run for office.

2020-12-11 20:49:53 UTC

Training, Capabilities and Misinformed Workers may compound the Issue. They may be acting without improper intention or intrest.

2020-12-11 20:50:47 UTC

The idea behind the laws is giving candidates tax money so they dont require corporate sponsors and can make platforms more for common folks

2020-12-11 20:51:23 UTC

Sorry to seem like an idiot but is always an option during tax time to donate return to specific charities funds etc and one of them is " the fair elections fund". During this time of uncertainty, it just makes me wonder what that fund is used for if election seems so mishandled

2020-12-11 20:51:44 UTC

Ok thx Phil

2020-12-11 20:51:47 UTC

@busillis. Misfeasance

2020-12-11 20:52:40 UTC

> Fraud requires Intent. Malfeasance does not.
@William Dinan Works for me. Let's go with malfeasance.

2020-12-11 20:52:40 UTC

@Zuluzeit, you just advanced to level 31!

2020-12-11 20:52:45 UTC

i bet you need millions to run for office

2020-12-11 20:53:26 UTC

You don't need millions to run. Winning is a different deal, I reckon.
