@SoonMrWick I have been making a concerted effort to pay attention to both sides of the political spectrum. I listen/watch quite a bit on both sides. It's been really interesting to see how each side frames things. For example, the Left believes with relative certainty that Trump benefited and likely colluded with Russian oligarchs in his bid for President. They talk about Trump meeting with key Russian players when he hosted the Ms. Universe Pageant in Moscow in 2013. That was when Don Jr. met the Russian prosecutor that approached him during the campaign and offered to supply dirt on Clinton. Russia then provided help to get Trump elected... and so on. Everything else is a cover up.

On the right, none of that happened. Don Jr. was tricked into meeting with her and abruptly ended the meeting once he realized what was going on. Everything else was coincidental or just didn't happen. Trump is an innocent victim of an overzealous left wing smear campaign to derail his Presidency. The Steele dossier was green lit and funded by Clinton and her lawyer. That was used to justify warrants that were obtained with flawed applications that should have and probably were known to the FBI, but they didn't care because they were intent of getting rid of Trump. The left knows very little of this narrative - almost nothing.

I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. I don't think there was collusion. I think Trump's ego probably wouldn't think he needed it and I think that there was a combination of inexperience and incompetence that resulted in some missteps in Trump's campaign. We will likely never know the truth, but I know that anyone who only listened to news sources in their own echo chamber has no idea what the other side reasonable believes based on what they were told on any given subject.
