What are you talking about?
@james j you would be surprised at how often this happens in hospitals. Without my Dad's knowledge and extradinary duress they placed on my Mom his heart meds were withheld and he was given a high dose of morphine in a drip. It took several days, I felt so helpless. When I questioned and then reached out to Dad's Drs at home, who backed me up my sisters tried to get me banned from the hospital.
@Roadtrek Girl, you just advanced to level 7!
In regards to seeing only part of the picture that fits preferred partisan narrative?
@james j I miss him so much even after so many years.
VA basically killed my grandfather, he wasnt eligible for dialysis anymore because he was 89..
Are you talking about CoVid-19 policies?
I was not following every thread.
A extrapolation of where the goal post goes for this conversation.
First its the too old should have limits.
Then of course the rich live with separate rules. (as they tend to do)
Then just applying it to a dystopian future as one tends to do when analyzing the extreme outcome.
@Ghostdog I'm sorry, that is terrible!
@Roadtrek Girl why was he in the hospital?
yeah so sorry about ur dad too, everyone should be cared for properly without question
Unless a useful worker, you're essentially useless by 70. Covid? An easy kill.
Or any patient
its a Russian disinformation campaign
Hospice?
He went in with terrible backpain. . Ended up being a stress fracture. They didn't give him his heart meds for a couple of days (also happens a lot in hospitals), while he was having xrays he told them he was having a heart attack. They thought he was feeling claustrohopic. Anyway, when they did the enzyme (?) test, he had, had a heart attack. Because of his age and history with his heart they decided it was time for him to go. A lot of times after a heart attack a person will be out of it for a while, that along with the pain meds for his back he didn't know what was happening.
Oh diversity. Thank you for always retroactively changing characters. 😅 https://twitter.com/MirrorCeleb/status/1338486755520024582?s=19
Trump did everything with covid its all his fault, he must have forced Cuomo to send covid infected to nursing homes... its just funny how you automatically dismiss anything u dont like
Specifically, Ezekiel Emanuel
That guy. It really wasn't that long ago in the conversation 🤨
@Ghostdog @james j I answered above about my dad -- forgot to put the @SoonMrWick
@SoonMrWick sorry I atted you by mistake
@Ghostdog oh right instead of letting them live on the street because Trump didn’t use the defense production act to make hotels take in people who have no where to go after leaving the hospital
so sad
Naturally
70 80 and 90 year olds are just strewn about the streets. So logical. 🤦
right i get it, governors dont run their states its all trumps fault, and or Russia
@Roadtrek Girl it’s unusual they didn’t give him his heart meds unless they were worried about some interaction. Usually they cut back on anti coagulants and ace inhibitors if they think surgery would be required
Sorry about your dad @Roadtrek Girl
@Ghostdog governs don’t have the power to invoke the defense production act only Trump could do that
And he didn’t do it for the most populous place in all of American
Goodness...I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully they discussed in full everything with your mom including prognosis and she wanted comfort measures. Possibly a DNR prior. It's illegal, otherwise.
yes right, governors cant let a hotel take in ppl, they must use the DPA to open a hotel lol
