The voting rules were changed in New Mexico due to covid. I live there and I received in the mail 4 or 5 unsolicited applications for absentee ballots for people who don’t live at my address and as far I can tell, never lived here prior.

I live here also ... at one point the governor and legislature wanted to mail out actual ballots and the Democratic sec of state stepped up and said that is not allowed under state law. But mailing out applications is allowed. They had pretty stringent checks on stuff. You had to fill out the application, sign etc. Then get you ballot and sign etc. and return it either via mail where the looked for a postmark or you could have someone from your family return it to a drop box that they had only at the early voting places. Family member had to sign on outside of envelope. ... regardless the idea that NM would have gone to Trump except for election fraud is ludicrous on it's face, it went Clinton by a good margin last time, no way the state was going for Trump
