They are. They have bought fraud claims to court. (Guliani won’t tell you this) they have looked at his evidence and deemed it non credible. This happened so much that he stopped invoking fraud in the court room. His entire lawyer team besides the main two quit because they knew they would lose their license if they kept pushing frivolous suits.
