Yea, I don't see how so many judges can throw these cases out over and over because of minor procedural issues.... it seems like the actual issues are much more important that that.

2020-12-18 01:37:33 UTC

I am uncivil law

2020-12-18 01:37:36 UTC

I make videos 🙂

2020-12-18 01:38:07 UTC

I think they are both informative and fun 🙂

2020-12-18 01:38:15 UTC

we have uncivil and uncommon laws sadly lol

2020-12-18 01:39:41 UTC

Not bad. Have to say though, whether the event you start off talking about happened or not, the sentiment of the 'Leak' is in line with some truth. Now calling for their blood is a little rough.

2020-12-18 01:40:08 UTC

the sentiment? What are you talking about?

2020-12-18 01:40:48 UTC

But when cases keep getting kicked out of court before the election because the election hasn't happened yet. Then after the election they get thrown out because they waited too long.

2020-12-18 01:41:05 UTC

Is this some AOC-like thing. "I think that there’s a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right."

2020-12-18 01:41:33 UTC

Take the PA case, the lower court ruled in favor and the state SC took it up without an appeal and threw it out on laches.

2020-12-18 01:42:13 UTC

yeah the supreme court of PA can do that in their system

2020-12-18 01:42:14 UTC

If no one hears these cases on the merits

2020-12-18 01:42:40 UTC

There is going to be some pretty jacked people for justifiable reasons.

2020-12-18 01:43:37 UTC

At least it might not be the end of the world....

2020-12-18 01:43:40 UTC

well, less so from my perspective, but I maintain a separation between law and politics in my own mind,

2020-12-18 01:44:04 UTC

The decisions from the courts I have seen have all looked pretty reasonable to me

2020-12-18 01:44:22 UTC

I'm just listening to the middle of your video... umm what?!? holy. Who was saying what? I"m going to have to pay closer attention.

2020-12-18 01:44:29 UTC

Apparently Lin Wood has hard evidence of these conversations.

@AOH_Assassin that is the exact same source I already saw

2020-12-18 01:44:54 UTC

It is not reliable

2020-12-18 01:44:55 UTC

Like a voice recording?

2020-12-18 01:45:14 UTC

Yeah

2020-12-18 01:45:55 UTC

We don’t truly know either way.

2020-12-18 01:46:01 UTC

Premature to say one way or the other

2020-12-18 01:46:04 UTC

Just wanted to share

2020-12-18 01:46:22 UTC

It is from a source that is a total crockpot and it smells wrong. Short of proving a negative, I am pretty sure

2020-12-18 01:46:50 UTC

Libs always attack the messenger when the message doesn’t conform with their beliefs sigh...

2020-12-18 01:47:39 UTC

Just because it smells wrong , doesn’t mean it’s not true

2020-12-18 01:47:40 UTC

@AOH_Assassin, you just advanced to level 10!

2020-12-18 01:47:45 UTC

I'm not a lib, but Lin Wood is not the light of truth...

2020-12-18 01:47:47 UTC

I do believe corruption exists at all levels

2020-12-18 01:48:00 UTC

again, I can't prove a negative

2020-12-18 01:48:30 UTC

but it looks like a forgery to me

2020-12-18 01:50:25 UTC

several cases have been heard on the merits ... also understand that many of the dismissals have involved things like asking for remedies that are not proportional to the harm, @RobertGrulerEsq covered much of this early on, lots of times they would present evidence that a small number of ballots might have been compromised or illegitimate and then want a huge swath of ballots thrown out, over and over you heard Robert address this in the shows right after the election ... in all cases there was a complaint filed and a response, then judge may have heard oral arguments (Giuliani himself argued a case in PA) and made a ruling, so to say that no cases have been heard on the merits is just not true

2020-12-18 01:50:29 UTC

Impossible no corruption.

2020-12-18 01:51:04 UTC

🤪

2020-12-18 01:52:04 UTC

improbable, always theoretically possible even if never practically possible

2020-12-18 01:52:33 UTC

The people that think corruption exists in some places but not others are very naive

2020-12-18 01:53:02 UTC

And the places that corruption doesn’t exist, according to liberals, is in every institution charged with our wellbeing or upholding the law.
