2020-12-24 16:59:29 UTC

Yes I can

2020-12-24 16:59:34 UTC

And so can machines

2020-12-24 17:00:06 UTC

Especially if One uses a Broad Brush?

2020-12-24 17:01:01 UTC

Yes especially when people have broad views that are not very itemized and specific

At least when conservative had health care I wasn't taxed for not being able to afford it. The system itself is created to keep poor people poor with shit or no healthcare and rich people rich with the best healthcare. Bush was a shit show I think that we haven't had a good president in my life time. I would also like to point out the president elect who has answered how many foreign issue successfully? Going on as a lifetime politician he helped create the issues we have today. Again all these old ass politicians broke down, exploited, and raped this country for everything they could get. I don't disagree that conservative's aren't flawed but to say one side is better.... just look at the shit hole city's in this country. All liberal ran... Detroit, San Francisco, Chicago, New York , etc.. if you can't keep a city from turning to shit then how can we rely on them to run the country? Sorry for long reply trying to work while I type this out. Merry Christmas btw everyone!

@james j are you speaking about distrust in academia at the college level or primary and secondary levels of education? Have you worked in any/either?

2020-12-24 17:06:35 UTC

@MyxnamesxjEff25 Merry Christmas to you too!

2020-12-24 17:07:01 UTC

@MyxnamesxjEff25 conservatives never had health care. You are just pointing to growing pains of implementing a system. What you are describing is the conservative push to never make any system comprehensive enough to be effective. This is all part of the conservative framework of government not working however their very involvement in government is what keeps sabotaging the system. If we could write a an actual comprehensive bill that addresses the pitfalls of any given idea it can improve. The conservative approach is to kneecap everything. Hence an other reason why they are bad for the county.

2020-12-24 17:09:09 UTC

Also don’t compare densely populated areas to the rest of America. They will have unique problems. If other parts of the country actually took care of their homeless they wouldn’t all move to California. If conservative drug laws were abolished there would be less gangs in Detroit or Chicago. Get rid of conservatives you get rid of more issues that are conservative created @MyxnamesxjEff25

2020-12-24 17:09:22 UTC

@gaBe they hate all education

2020-12-24 17:09:43 UTC

Except for ones that bolster intuitive thought @gaBe

2020-12-24 17:10:00 UTC

Which is bad for improvement

2020-12-24 17:16:44 UTC

The social issues we face in our cities have been generations in the making.

2020-12-24 17:16:44 UTC

@gaBe, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-12-24 17:16:58 UTC

Look at me go! LOL

2020-12-24 17:18:06 UTC

@gaBe yes as a result of the drug war

2020-12-24 17:18:19 UTC

Allright ya’ll thanks for the intellectual convo- I have some casseroles to make! Merry Christmas!

2020-12-24 17:18:57 UTC

@james j I agree with you on that.

2020-12-24 17:22:12 UTC

Rudy ran New York and made it safe for the years he was there. I have a hard time blaming highly populated areas on that. Been in vegas almost my whole life. This was a cowboy town until the lockdowns. It was clean and safe now not so much. As for healthcare I could afford it before for 250 a month now my plan is almost 1k a month. I dont see an improvement on health care just a steady decline of quality of healthcare. How are supposed to take anything seriously from libs if everything they put out is socially expedient, just half baked plans to maybe make things better. I believe both sides are need to make this country work. First get rid of this old fucks term limits needed.

2020-12-24 17:25:18 UTC

@MyxnamesxjEff25 we don’t have universal health care. And even after an implementation of such system it would be years before you see any benefits as a result of people living many years. You are still pointing to the growing pains of implementing a system. https://www.google.com/amp/s/thehill.com/blogs/congress-blog/healthcare/484301-22-studies-agree-medicare-for-all-saves-money%3famp

I am focused on long term benefits. Obamacare is a interesting start but nowhere near as comprehensive as it needs to be.

2020-12-24 17:25:32 UTC
2020-12-24 17:25:36 UTC

As far as city crimes, get rid of drug laws @MyxnamesxjEff25

2020-12-24 17:26:30 UTC

The plans aren’t half baked. Conservatives won’t let comprehensive plans pass. Too many self defeating compromises made

We legalized pot and now people are getting in fatal accidents everyday high. I smoke and I can agree with some of that but people on the strip are shooting each other over stupid arguments everyday now. The crime isn't the issue it's the lack of control people exhibit when they come here. My point is that I can't afford coverage as before I could what changed? Obamacare... what system did I watch my uncle waste from cancer on because hotels couldn't afford good benefits.... Obamacare. How about that my family and I are still paying off the helicopter flight for life for my late sister. Why you ask? Because my mother's work dropped her insurance due to the cost because of Obamacare. I get the greater good but how can you put something in place and not be ready for inflation? I personally have only seen terrible things come from that plan.

2020-12-24 17:40:05 UTC

No I missed that you have links?

2020-12-24 17:46:35 UTC

Huh? Far right what are you smoking?

I like how most of his commentary consists of 'Uhh?', 'Why!?', 'What?', 'Okaay?'

2020-12-24 18:04:25 UTC

he just stopped evaluating the lawsuit because it was making him too stupid

2020-12-24 18:08:25 UTC

That's where I clicked in to the video.

Then scrubbed back to see how it started off. He progressively became more irritated.

2020-12-24 18:11:54 UTC

Protesting is fine, going to church is bad

2020-12-24 18:14:19 UTC

How is it possible that in 2020 we are back to choosing who to give medical lifesaving treatments to based on race.

2020-12-24 18:17:54 UTC

I'm high on reality. I will never understand how people think they can just switch to more rightwing news and pretend the country shifted left 🤷

2020-12-24 18:21:58 UTC

Really the overton window hasn't shifted to the far-right. It's been steadily shifting more left due to Trump being such a divisive figure.

2020-12-24 18:23:32 UTC

Interesting between fleshing out the election process and proving no fraud and Trumps legal team failing to produce results, fake fraud support seems to be waning among informed middle of the road folks. That might be the best we get with many taking queues from Trump not court cases.

I dont see how Newsmax beating out Fox is a leftward shift. Fox is the same as always been and folks saying they sold out to the Democrats. It's odd. Biden beat out remotely progressive candidates and put forth a boring moderate cabinet. I dont see the left doing much more than before. The major beef people seemed to have with Obama is healthcare which was a much further right law than most developed countries use. Or that his policies on national security or drones were far too right.
