This is another attempt by PA Republicans to mislead the people. The SURE System is something that PA uses to report unofficial results on election day. Because it is by design unofficial, it is not intended to be 100% accurate (which is another reason why trying to analyze election day data is not valid). The discrepancy that this document is reporting is between the unofficial totals in the SURE system and the final certified results. It's expected and normal... asserting otherwise is dishonest, but that is par for the course when the only goal is to win at all costs. Unfortunately, the cost is undermining people's confidence in the election - at least those that desperately want to believe that the results are wrong. To manipulate Americans in this way should make real patriotic Americans upset.
