Funding for the military is controlled by Congress... It's literally how our government works. Trump's primary contribution is his signature, which he faithfully did until he decided his temper tantrum over social media was more important than funding the military.
We can agree what Trump has said about Senator McCain...with that, it's more likely he said what he did about the troops. very disrespectful & offensive.
