Except if a judge says I’m dismissing this on laches or standing but also I reviewed your case and it’s meritless drivel speculative devoid of evidence with strained legal arguments it’s being considered on its merits. When your whole kraken is premised on experts and they say all of your experts have no valid testimony that’s considering the case on its merits. When the judge hears witness testimony and says nope you are lying that’s based on the merits.

My thing was having to recompile modules without debug information so I could compile a module with debug information.

If the judge looks at the evidence and says even if this evidence is true you have no case and your requests are not based in law why should they?

Yes. Evidence being eyewitness testimony, audio recordings, video recordings, multiple eye witnesses. All of which we are to just... Take the word of the judge that they single handedly sorted it all out in record time and came to the conclusion that there shouldn't be a hearing?

In all these cases there are filings by the plaintiffs and responses by the defendants including the Supreme Court cases, including cases that were thrown out via standing ... you should read about what constitutes standing in a legal sense, very interesting the three requirements for standing ... there have been evidence hearings in many cases, there has been discovery, there have been appeals, etc. etc. etc.
