The people in the Democratic party are a lot more progressive than the politicians they elect.

Having and incompetent opposition in Government is bad, becomes impossible to hold the Government of the day to account, As the dems have demonstrated over the last four years.

They have weighed the law state legislatures should overturn elections and said no. They have weighed if being upset about changes to election laws should invalid votes and said no. They have weighed if a state should be able to dictate how another state should run its election and said no. They are weighing if the VP should be able to just choose a winner and will say no.

Judges are reviewing the cases not just dismissing them on laches or standing. They CAN toss them aside without looking at them but instead choose to review what was there and explicitly say even if standing and laches was not a problem you still have no case.

You seem to fail to understand that evidence takes time to review. You seem to think that these singular judges are reviewing all this evidence? No. What they are doing is releasing statements and saying that the evidence has no grounds, no merit, blah blah blah... It's very easy to see. These kinds of cases take years, not days or weeks. These judges threw this stuff out without looking at it. It's that plain and simple.

They take years primarily because of formalities and red tape.

The judges are allowing the cases to be expedited. You still need to produce evidence and legal arguments
