They did not recount the entire state of Georgia just certain counties. The Fulton county audit is where they are looking now. It has been the most protected county in georgia. It is where counting was stopped and it also was where the spike of biden votes came from.
How was the hand recount performed? Was it a recount or an audit? Did they actually verify the IDs of every vote? And that it was legit? Doubt it ss it would take weeks.
Recounts are a scam.
If you just recount without verifying ID and checking that the person is an elegible voter you are just recounting fraudulent votes.
They did a full hand recount in lieu of a risk limiting audit. The number of ballots and the margin of error would have required 1.5M random votes to be hand counted. They decided because the overhead of doing a selective recount as part of the audit would be so onerous that they would just do a complete recount.
In all 50 states, by law, the vote is anonymous. There is no way to know who cast what ballot. It has been that way for about 130 years, iirc.
Hand counting vites without any verification of ID, eligibility and confirmation of the person's vote would simply lead to a recount of fraudulent votes.
Not that hard to call the person and ask to confirm who they voted for, nit that hard to confirm they are in the voter roll and legible to vote, not that hard to confirm they have a valid address, not that hard to confirm the signature is valid and not stolen(signatures are public), nit that hard to confirm the person is still alive,

A blind hand recount means nothing. Only thing it would catch would be computer glitches. Tons of fraudulent votes would still be recounted.
When your mail in ballot is processed it is coming from a sender's address isn't it? You are mailing it.
It is obviously tied to your address before it is processed.
According to the very lawsuits put forward fraud included dominion machines scanning the same ballot multiple times, weighting votes, switching votes from Trump to Biden, bad faith adjudicators marking the wrong candidate, hacking, ballot stuffing and a host of other allegations. A full hand recount rules all of these allegations out. What you are saying is inaccurate and pedantic.
Post count audits in all the states include audit recounts of counties or parts of counties. Georgia law requires a full hand recount of the whole state of the results were as close as they were. This was done. Then a full machine counted them all a third time because Trump thought the hand recount tricked him at taxpayers expense.
There’s also been other Georgia allegations like a group of people overnight took votes from under a skirt and scanned them a bunch of times fixing the results which were mailins
