What are you looking for @♤amanda ?

2020-11-03 01:14:07 UTC

Everything. He's my ex-husband. He's accused of killing his second ex-wife and kid. I'd really like to see the evidence against him. There has to be videos of the court hearing so far. How do I find those? What I can find on the net and this site is lacking.

@♤amanda that website is actually surprisingly detailed for public records. Your next best bet would be public records requests directly from the court / police department. If they don't have a process, you can file a FOIA request.

I was afraid you'd say that. Thanks for your time. Awesome channel btw

Thank you so much!

@RobertGrulerEsq Hi Rob! Have you seen the video of the mother who was pulled out of her car during a philly riot and the police beat her and took her child. Made a fake Facebook post said they found the child lost during civil unrest until the video went viral. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/philadelphia-police-smash-windows-suv-carrying-mom-baby-video-while-n1245476

<@!772980428696584202> just read it, thanks for the share. Police unions are notorious for this type of stuff. Basically propaganda / PR organizations for bad officers in many respects.

Bardstown KY. IRS and FBI joint task force regarding missing person case and murders relating to crystal Rogers. Alleged police corruption and drug trafficking within the small town PD and local city officials. And this is why I am asking for people to wake up and see that drug traffickers are taking over and buying themselves protection and cover in the small towns that can serve as trafficking hubs. If people want to get up in arms on police corruption why aren’t we focusing on the actual investigations that are actually confirming and gathering evidence of a larger scale problem than this pretend wannabe police brutality crusade. What about dirty cops bought with drug trafficking money? Those cops aren’t the highlight and focus because they do not reinforce and indoctrinate a trumped up agenda for the left. #endrant

As a nation we’ve come to not be able to see the forest for the trees.

Look at the content of the actual proposition and the ballot title, that's probably a good indicator of the "yes" support.

2020-11-05 20:53:21 UTC

the title is misleading, true, but the proposition itself is clear

2020-11-05 20:53:24 UTC

`A "yes" vote supports this constitutional amendment to repeal Proposition 209 (1996), which stated that the government and public institutions cannot discriminate against or grant preferential treatment to persons on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in public employment, public education, and public contracting.`

2020-11-05 20:53:35 UTC

`government and public institutions cannot discriminate against or grant preferential treatment to persons on the basis of race ...`

2020-11-05 20:53:49 UTC

supporters of racial discrimination have a name

2020-11-05 20:53:50 UTC

racists

2020-11-05 20:56:12 UTC

**Ballot title:**
```"Allow Diversity as a Factor in Public Employment, Education, and Contracting Decisions. Legislative Constitutional Amendment."```
**Ballot Action:**
```The measure would have repealed Section 31 of Article I of the California Constitution.```
***Referencing Section 31:***
```(a) The State shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting.
dangerous word, discrimination.
2020-11-05 20:56:30 UTC
As the human brain cant avoid doing it.
2020-11-05 20:57:26 UTC
And is supposed to, one might add.
2020-11-05 20:59:49 UTC
They also used the phrase *"lawful discrimination"* which is mildly concerning to say the very least.
2020-11-05 21:01:16 UTC
When you're referencing skin colour.
