My idea if you want the homeless problem cleared up just put a vote requirement that you must have a residence. Watch how fast both teams scramble to get them a place to live to "Earn they vote"

2020-11-17 02:52:44 UTC

Lol

2020-11-17 02:53:14 UTC

I'm for one excited about the war on drugs coming to an end.

2020-11-17 02:53:20 UTC

Albeit slow, it's progressing.

2020-11-17 02:53:27 UTC

My favorite statute is RSMo 1.010: 1. The common law of England and all statutes and acts of parliament made prior to the fourth year of the reign of James the First, of a general nature, which are not local to that kingdom and not repugnant to or inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States, the constitution of this state, or the statute laws in force for the time being, ...

That is a lot of words just to say 1607.

2020-11-17 02:53:47 UTC

My ex has under 70 IQ midly mental retarded. By mmpi so if she lived in az it could be questionable. But under Utah law no issue.

2020-11-17 02:53:49 UTC

I want to see millions more Americans not in prison over minor drug offenses.

2020-11-17 02:54:34 UTC

That's what makes this a great republic since states are sovereign to the Federal government

2020-11-17 02:54:39 UTC

I would like to see millions more of US just not do stupid stuff.

2020-11-17 02:55:15 UTC

i dream for 70iq

2020-11-17 02:55:41 UTC

Heck can't even get 2 truckers to agree on where to get coffee hahahahahaha

2020-11-17 02:56:00 UTC

Of course, if we didn't do stupid stuff, then Mr Gruler would be out of a job, 😉

2020-11-17 02:56:17 UTC

Minor drug offenses aren't a harm to anyone else, and prison is usually something you use as a last resort for people that are a danger to others.

2020-11-17 02:56:27 UTC

and whats common law they still use that

2020-11-17 02:56:43 UTC

So Oregon did the right thing ?

2020-11-17 02:56:50 UTC

In my opinion? Yes.

2020-11-17 02:57:16 UTC

Cops largely weren't arresting people for possession with intent to use already.

2020-11-17 02:57:19 UTC

In OR.

2020-11-17 02:57:33 UTC

I see where this story is going @mtpockets59 ex-and 2 truckes i have seen movies start like this. Err umm not so much moves but yea continue

2020-11-17 02:57:43 UTC

good rehab programs work

2020-11-17 02:57:48 UTC

@osok In Missouri, any thing that is not legislated on we fall back on the Common Law of England. So, in Missouri, your only legal name is your Christened name, and all others are customary.

2020-11-17 02:58:28 UTC

So crack and herion are minor issues? That no longer are criminal. So they are going to volunteer to go to rehab.

2020-11-17 02:58:31 UTC

good rehab programs are tough to get covered by insurance

2020-11-17 02:58:56 UTC

Keep in mind, selling is different to using.

2020-11-17 02:59:13 UTC

One can be seen as a danger to others, the other isn't really considered a danger to others.

2020-11-17 02:59:14 UTC

but way worth it...or toss them in prison

2020-11-17 02:59:41 UTC

Shitty kitty glad you do .want to tell me cause just my opinion

2020-11-17 03:00:12 UTC

Osok and what rehab program is that ?

2020-11-17 03:00:19 UTC

I have wondered if it would not be appropriate to put all "prisons" under the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Render all conditions of incarceration as a medical consideration.

2020-11-17 03:00:53 UTC

The people abusing drugs need help and ways for people to reach out, not time in prison. IMHO.

2020-11-17 03:01:00 UTC

durg use only yes rehab..violence and drug use bye bye

2020-11-17 03:01:02 UTC

@Theresa No, no. Privatized insurance errs on the side of human well being, not profit. Not that those two things are ever in conflict. Just theoretically speaking.

2020-11-17 03:01:03 UTC

Prison isn't going to fix these addictions.

2020-11-17 03:01:12 UTC

Must drug addicts i know steal cheat and sell drugs to keep up there habit

2020-11-17 03:01:28 UTC

that a stero type

2020-11-17 03:01:35 UTC

Last I checked, theft is a crime you can be arrested for.

2020-11-17 03:01:39 UTC

Neither is rehab unless they want to actually change.

2020-11-17 03:01:53 UTC

so is reckless speeding

2020-11-17 03:02:06 UTC

Reckless speeding is a danger to other people, not just the driver.

2020-11-17 03:02:09 UTC

I suppose a swing and a miss then. I just go ahead and put this Lotion back away besides it is hard to type with 1 hand. LMAO

2020-11-17 03:02:44 UTC

I also wonder if law enforcement for state profit cannot be changed. As far as I can tell it only corrupts the state.
