I so want see a #covid channel created where we discuss legal aspects of Covid restrictions/regulations ... for example, if you knew you had Covid it would seem fitting that the law require you to isolate for a certain period of time because doing otherwise would be reckless behavior but requiring everyone to isolate violates the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" ... most people don't have Covid and thus their non-isolation is NOT reckless and to require them to isolate or more importantly to punish them for failing to isolate is to punish them for non-reckless behavior, to presuppose they are guilty when in fact they are innocent
Today marks the 5th day from being in the hospital - I hate those places. And, speaking of COVID-19, I didn't see anything out of the ordinary on the 19th at the hospital.

My views are, everyone has the right to belief as they wish. Everyone has the right to say what they wish as long as it doesn't interfere with another persons rights. I may not like something you say, but I'll defend your right to say it.
And just like the 2020 General Election. When it comes right down to it, it doesn't really matter who wins. What is of paramount importance is preserving the sanctity and integrity of the election. If the elections are wrought with fraud or wrong-doing, then investigate and audit the election. It makes no logical sense to try to oppose looking into allegations of fraud. If no fraud is found and all LEGAL votes counted and verified, it will do one of two things. Vindicate the honesty of one side or expose them. Election integrity is non-partisan.
okay more Covid legal thoughts ... you approach a business and there's a sign on the door that says please wear a mask or face covering when entering, well is that a violation of your rights? no, that is the business owner asserting their private property rights, same goes if they say you need to wear shirt and shoes, if a fancy restaurant requires a jacket and tie ... it doesn't matter why they're saying it as long as it applies to everyone without distinction, if you wish to enter you should abide by their rules ... friend of mine disagreed saying they wouldn't have the sign for wearing a mask except for the state government but I claim you then have a beef with the government and take it up with them but don't put a private property owner in middle ... he or she is just trying to earn a living
Personally, I am not registered as Democrat nor Republican. But I do hear every election cycle that votes have been switched from Republican to Democrat by the machine. America needs to just go back to the "old way" and use only paper ballots. Paper can be recycled, afterall...
Agreed... But with 154M people voting, there is a level of fidelity that has to be good enough. It seems that there have been a bunch of people coming forward to get their 15 minutes and it makes it really hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. There may well be significant fraud, but there is so many rumors and conspiracy theories muddying the water. Many of us here, have decided to focus on what we can find in court filings, affidavits, and rulings - and be skeptical of things that are being paraded in the court of public opinion.
@Bey I agree that methods should be modified to put as many people's minds at ease as possible. I think educating about what's in place would help too.
