My best bet would be to try to remain as neutral as you can and not leave any sort of phrasing that insinuates the results are in question. Which is of course, something lawyers are very good at -- neutral speak. (It's not a bad thing folks. It's lawyers knowing how to reduce legal liability when they talk.)
