Well, let's go for starters:

Every time there is an officer involved shooting or responding officers to a weapons discharge, you put the camera footage in a file available to the public domain without request.

Every time there is a vehicle collision with an officer as well.

there are privacy laws that would conflict with that i believe

they would have to redact facial information of anyone not involved

the left does not want to give any more money to the police, the right does not want to put any more oversight on the police
