Like, you can be a decent person, but if you go along with certain things, you're still going to be complicit as a driving element of a system that slowly strips peoples' freedoms away until you're manufacturing most of the crime you arrest people for, and are actually as a whole, acting as a force of evil to suppress the very thing you think you're protecting.

If the Will or Desire of a Person is to perform Evil. The mode or method is limitless. I can remember people poisoning Tylenol Bottles on Pharmacy Shelves....
