Naw, I deny edited and doctored video when said person has on multiple occasions been shown to lie and manipulate, not just in his effort to get information, but more egregiously to his viewers. You are simply wrong or misinformed that having to settle lawsuits with large settlements isn't 'losing'. I don't know who taught you law, but generally if you spend more in your settlement (or settle for close to the desired relief) than you'd otherwise pay your counsel, you're not exactly 'winning' and you're pretty clearly 'losing'. Just sayin'. I've given you plenty of examples in which you clearly just dismiss because 'muh never Trumpers' 'muh leftists' 'muh James says he's a saint'. Do your own research, or don't! @RobertGrulerEsq I thought your solarwinds piece was spot on we use some of their products. They did track it to specific versions of Orion so their entire customer list was not compromised as some use their other products or versions.

Wikileaks I think is worth mentioning they took flak for hacker DNC and Podesta emails allegedly Russian hacks. The Hillary emails were turned into a searchable database by wikileaks but it was the FBI that made it public so you could get them from a government source but not necessarily digest them as well.

One additional bit from the dominion CEO testimony is of importance is those bipartisan certified labs are there for state and local governments to send dominion machines to get a proper forensic analysis which seems to have been a far more logical choice than turning it over directly to Powells Kraken experts. It doesnt feel different than a criminal case sending DNA evidence to a lab that mysteriously found defendants DNA never matched a murder weapon or something. They try to keep those parts neutral.

@RobertGrulerEsq Despite you having your background in criminal law: A basic question because it seems some people are getting mislead by certain (to not be named) folks claiming that settlements are not litigation losses. While technically true, I feel this is crucially misinforming people to make the claim that they are credible and can't be wrong.

While settlements are not technically losses (in my opinion) there are contributing factors such as desired relief, and potential litigation costs that can help determine if someone settles, that it's more of a loss rather than taking the approach of less cost. This is particularly in regards to large settlements, and cases in where people settle after receiving court opinions contrary to their defensive interests.
