@RobertGrulerEsq Could the meetings for the Biden transition be put on hold because of the cyber attack, because of the possible connection between Joe, Hunter and the Chinese government?
I don't think that is going to matter in Communifornia. 😉
100% of the ballots printed and cast in California were in violation of **CA Elec Code § 13205 (2019)** and thus, CA Elec Code § 13200 (2019) states that "*Ballots not printed in accordance with this chapter shall not be cast nor counted at any election.*" The 55 electoral votes cast for Joe Biden are, therefore, in violation of law. With this, neither candidate has the required 270+ votes needed for the presidency, i.e., Contingency Election in Congress.
*see article above for more information regarding this.*
@Bey I was born in California but I don’t think they’ll throw it out because it’s democratic
@pinkie2, you just advanced to level 9!
It is unfortunate that lawlessness is being allowed to run rampant. We are either a Nation of Laws else we are oppressed under tyranny.
When it comes to intelligence, there are a great many things that can be done and transparency is never an issue in the process. I have seen a congressman stand in an empty room at 0400 hours and read the title of a bill twice for passage in order to fund a non-disclosed agency, for a non-disclosed period of time, for a non-disclosed amount of money, for a non-disclosed action, for a non-disclosed purpose. That is my most memorable episode of C-Span to date.
According to what?
The Law in California. I posted an article above that covers it in depth.
Like, this idea that you can just disenfranchise 17 million voters due to a technicality is actually preposterous.
I agree with your points. I simply see no court in our nation with the eggs to care.
I'd be in the damn streets if they ruled that california's votes didn't matter and rendered them invalid, even if I highly dislike California.
@Bey it is unfortunate that we accept lawlessness. But with the swing states that did change the election results and that is widespread if it changes the results and those states all did the same f...d.
Our courts have become seditionists on the Left and cowards on the Right.
@Maw a printing error is different than what happened in the swing states
Even if it disenfranchises millions, the Law must be upheld, else lawlessness will flourish. Even murderers are released on technicalities. What will be the future of this nation if a precedent is set than any State can violate its own Laws with impunity and zero repercussions?
Millions of Lawyers are not above the President. AZ using them to yet again block the truth and steal!😇
I couldn't disagree more.
This is the same logic that keeps the war on drugs going.
No it is not the same logic that keeps the war on drugs going. Further, by not doing their job the courts have surrendered our nation to its enemies.
Rendering their votes mute is required by law and justice.
@Bey it might help trump but the printing error/mistake/problem is very different than the planned fr..d that happened in the swing states
Wholeheartedly disagree.
You are wholeheartedly wrong.
You're entitled to your opinion, but generally when people say their opinions are what's right, well... I'll let you finish that one.
When people who are Right state their position is right, they are Right.
I guess the left is also right by that logic.
The fault lies with the state for not complying with the Law. What if a contest was held and millions entered to win the grand prize. Later, it is found that the contest was fraudulent. Those millions of people would be disenfranchised. Is it okay for the State to not follow it's own Laws? Is it okay for the government to be above the Law and face zero accountability because to follow the Law will disenfranchise the People? I don't see this logic.
Nope, I didn't say don't penalize them, I said rendering everyone's vote -- punishing the entire voterbase of a state for the state's fault is ridiculous.
The public of California elected criminals to run their elections in an illegal manner. The loss of their corrupted election results from their decision to support the Democratic Mafia must be rendered mute.
Absolutely not, and I guarantee you it wouldn't fly in court.
I'm willing to put significant money on that.
I agree the fault is not limited to the state government, it is the fault of the citizens that chose criminality and evil to rule over them.
Further, the U.S. Constitution establishes ONE day for the election. States decided they can disregard the Constitution and run the election for days, weeks or longer. It is the State that disenfranchised the People.
Cool, take it up with the SCOTUS, in fact, I believe it has been and has been rendered constitutional.
I wonder if election of ca governor is full of fr..d?
Should we, also, disregard the Constitution and ignore it so we don't disenfranchise millions of people?
We have already asserted the courts are either Leftist seditionists or Conservative Cowards. That they would not do the correct thing is no revelation.
SCOTUS has not heard any cases on the merits yet.
