2020-12-29 04:48:08 UTC

Nashville, TN explosion.
1. What gradients to the 3 injured people? Were they injured from the gun shots or explosion?
2. Nothing was left of the RV after it exploded. BUT officials were able to collect DNA samples? EVEN if they were able to collect DNA sample, it would have been so degraded.
3. What was AT&T press statement?
4. So the "guy" has end stage cancer and his blowing a specific building and himself instead of spending time with gf, and other love ones?

2020-12-29 04:48:08 UTC

@skye, you just advanced to level 3!

2020-12-29 04:48:36 UTC

Gradients= happened*

2. Yes.No.
4. Yes.

2020-12-29 20:08:14 UTC

so some states are not following CDC guidance on vaccination priority and I think I agree with them: https://www.businessinsider.com/florida-texas-vaccinating-people-65-and-older-covid-2020-12

2020-12-29 20:12:11 UTC

this is further supported by the CDC's own data:

Healthcare workers and nursing home residents are getting vaccinated now. The second group recommended by the CDC includes essential workers such as teachers and grocery store workers. What Texas, Florida and now Utah are proposing is to put elderly people above the age of 65 in front of essential workers such as those teachers and grocery store workers. Given the charts above I think would agree with these states over the CDC.

My Grandma, lives in UT. She’s been stuck in her house since this all started

2020-12-29 20:22:26 UTC

UT is one of the states doing right by your Grandma, IMHO

2020-12-29 20:25:08 UTC

Shutting things down and keeping people locked in, is more detrimental

2020-12-29 20:25:25 UTC

The mental health stuff she’s dealing with because of being a prisoner in her house...

2020-12-29 20:25:34 UTC

I’ve never seen my Grandma, like this

2020-12-29 20:25:48 UTC

I meant concerning the vaccine ... I'm unaware of what the "lockdown" requirements are in Utah

2020-12-29 20:26:22 UTC

Oh, yes I do think they should get out first

2020-12-29 20:26:26 UTC

My bad

2020-12-29 20:30:11 UTC

I live in AR. When I hear her talk about UT restrictions, it’s like she’s living in a whole different country

2020-12-29 21:58:43 UTC

Cry me a river

2020-12-29 22:09:59 UTC

In the article: "But the only real bulwark against these sorts of pardons — short of amending the constitution to remove the power to issue them — is to avoid electing rotten presidents." ... strange they didn't want to compare Clinton's pardons with Trump's

2020-12-29 23:04:41 UTC

I wonder what requirement criteria did NY follow when they put aoc in front of the line for vaccination administration?

2020-12-30 00:54:40 UTC

Hahaha. That's meaningfully funny

2020-12-30 02:22:52 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq @FaithJoy Great show tonight, we're getting some long ones lately! (Definitely a fan of those!) Also was really nice to see you on Uncivil Law's show last night. I'm going to get an early night's sleep as it's been quite the long day. Have a good night you two.

2020-12-30 02:32:42 UTC

I think the why question needs more att ention at times.

2020-12-30 02:33:21 UTC

In the case l f trump in Texas lawsut. When one member from each state came put put there vote in they were locked out by the police they would be considered unidentified and should be aloud to be added to the vote. Imo

2020-12-30 02:33:26 UTC

So... I'm new.... And this will be off topic, January 6th, who's going? Lol

2020-12-30 02:35:01 UTC

Speaking of Texas. What will happen next with lawsuit were essentially its Trump sueing,I think pennsylvania

2020-12-30 02:36:27 UTC

was thinking about it.."its going to be wild" yes

2020-12-30 02:37:50 UTC

I can't believe their isn't some hashtag to match travelers with truckers going east. Nobody I know except 1 buddy is going

2020-12-30 02:37:50 UTC

@huntingkc, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-30 02:39:32 UTC

its a big trip to plan this late

2020-12-30 02:41:41 UTC

The upside is, no matter how many people show up, it will be declared (and accepted) as the most tremendous attendance in history.

2020-12-30 02:42:42 UTC

@osok anybody want to go , shoot me a message I'll give contact of group in ohio going from Columbus

2020-12-30 02:44:45 UTC

@Maw @RobertGrulerEsq hey I’m late to the show watching the part abt strict scrutiny and cuomo’s EO. They say stopping the spread of covid-19 is the compelling interest of the government but you don’t spread covid 19. Covid 19 is the disease caused by the virus SARS Cov 2. So you can spread SARS Cov 2 but not covid 19. My question is, is that relevant to the lawsuit? Is it reasonable to claim the issue as moot given that you literally can’t spread covid 19? I’m a scientist so the distinction is obvious to me but I’m curious what that mean w respect to the law. Ik language is super important when it comes to the law.

2020-12-30 02:45:08 UTC

that is why i was thinking about going just not in a RV lol
