not all moral issues weigh equally and have to be treated with nuance

it is true that moral issues are connected because they have the same principles behind them though

My dad got mad at me because I went to church by myself, and he more than likely has covid, (which would mean that I also have it because I live with him and breath his exhaled air all the time)
