Their rating system is completely Fucked, tho. Anything lower than a 4 out of 5 gets you booted, and since they can rate YOU too now, there's an unspoken rule that you rate 5 unless you want to be downrated too, which will make drivers pass you over and increase your wait times significantly

But the drivers don't know which passenger rated them

Also I took 32 rides and I have 5 stars so even if some of the drivers downrate me, I wouldn't fall that fast, right?
