first pic is 7 months into weightlifting

First 2-3 months I only did chest, biceps and triceps. Now I do push/pull split seven days a week.
Push: flat bench, incline bench, military press, dumbbell shoulder press, straight bar tricep extension, cable tricep extension and dips
Pull: lat pulldown, cable row, pull ups, chin ups and bicep curl
I've neglected my legs and stomach
Just shaved my torso now it looks more defined wtf

My #1 priority rn are my arms and proper nutrition
dont focus too much on one thing, simple compound excersizes are the best
Lat Pulldowns, Deadlift, Dumbbell Bench, Weighted Lunges, and Farmer's Carries are like al you need
