There's a fine toothed ratcheting bit-driver that had a neck you hold, and either way you twist the handle will rotate the bit the same way

Also it spins the bit 3x as fast as the handle when you do that.

The problem is that it's gimmicky cheap Kobalt so the mechanism was shit, and Lowe's owns the patent so no good company can make it

Mechanism was just shitty and it would bind instead of ratchet. Gimmicky Kobalt is shit, regular Kobalt is priced appropriately, Kobalt power tools/outdoor power equipment is a good deal, they just cut corners on the size of the stuff. Throw more volts at it and not worry about fitting it into a tiny compact package.
